Lumens VC-TR41/VC-TR41N Quick Installation Guide
This guide provides instructions for the quick installation of Lumens VC-TR41 and VC-TR41N cameras.

2. Installation Precautions
2.1 Power Supply: Use the included DC 12V power cable or a router/hub that supports PoE (Power over Ethernet, IEEE802.3af) for network cable power supply.
2.2 Tracking Distance: Supports tracking distances from 2-14 meters, with a recommended distance of 8 meters.
Note: To ensure optimal tracking performance, avoid backgrounds with posters, screens, displays, or televisions that might contain human figures.
3. Viewing Images
The camera offers multiple ways to view its output:
- HDMI / 3G-SDI Image Output: Connect an HDMI or SDI cable to a monitor to display the camera's feed.
- USB Image Output: Connect a USB cable to a computer and use video conferencing software such as Skype, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
- Network Image Output: Connect a Cat5e network cable to a router to view camera images and control the camera via a web browser.
3.1 Confirming the Camera's IP Address
DHCP is enabled by default. Use the remote control to navigate to [Menu] => [Ethernet] => [IP Address] to confirm the IP address.
Note: If connecting directly to a computer, the camera's default IP address is 192.168.100.100. Configure your computer to be on the same network segment.
Network Configuration Example:

3.2 Accessing the Camera via Web Browser
Open a web browser and enter the IP address (e.g., 192.168.4.68) in the address bar.
3.3 Login
Enter the account and password to access the web page for viewing images and controlling the camera.
- Account: admin
- Password: 9999
4. Starting Tracking
Press the tracking function on the remote control for convenient automatic tracking. The Power/Standby LED will flash green when tracking is active.
Note: Automatic Tracking and Smart Framing functions cannot be used simultaneously.
Remote Control Buttons for Tracking:
- 1. On/Off: Enables/disables automatic tracking.
- 2. Full Body Mode: Captures the entire body of the speaker.
- 3. Upper Body Mode: Captures the upper body of the speaker.
- 4. Switch Tracking Target: Changes the target being tracked.
5. Advanced Features
5.1 Smart Framing
- Utilizing Auto-Framing technology, the camera automatically detects human positions based on the number of people in the meeting scene and adjusts them to the center of the frame for optimal image presentation and enhanced meeting efficiency.
- Press the [Auto Framing] button on the remote control to enable or disable Smart Framing.
Note: Automatic Tracking and Smart Framing functions cannot be used simultaneously.
