DATALUX.LT QUICK START
Installation Guide
1. The installation of the DATALUX.LT
Always count the materials received. Ensure all materials are present before installation begins. Secure the DATALUX.LT system using the appropriate mounting brackets. Install these brackets directly to the ceiling or use a steel cable, a chain, or a threaded rod. Subsequently, click the fixtures into these mounting brackets. When hanging the fixtures, ensure mounting brackets are attached at a maximum spacing of 1.6 metres. Please note that the lamp must be installed as straight as possible with the lenses down to ensure the best light distribution.
✔️ Check list of received materials.
2. The DATALUX.LT connection
To connect the DATALUX.LT fixtures, the connectors must be put together. Subsequently, a metal U-Lock will be used to lock the connection.
3a. Connecting the PLUG.IN D000
If you do not require extra functionalities such as dim control, TRONICS, or CAP.LOOPs, the light line can be connected using the PLUG.IN D000. This PLUG.IN.D000 should be connected to the first fixture with the connector to the LUX series power supply (refer to the next page for details).
3b. Connecting the PLUG.IN DECA
If you wish to use extra functionalities such as dim control, TRONICS, or CAP.LOOPs, you should use the PLUG.IN DECA. The connector for the LUX series power supply is already pre-assembled; the rest should be installed by yourself or your team (refer to the next page for details).
4. DATALUX.LT CAP.LOOP and/or TRONICS
Use the CAP.LOOP to provide extra-long light lines with electricity. Place the CAP.LOOP between two DATALUX.LT fixtures and secure them using U-Locks. Then, connect the LUX series power supply to the CAP.LOOP.
5. End of the light line
A PLUG.END must be installed at the end of the DATALUX.LT light line. There is also the possibility to end the light line with a PLUG.END when using a TRONIC. This will ensure a dust-free and waterproof seal, as well as providing extra hanging options.

Important Safety Information
⚠️ This installation guide provides essential help when installing the DATALUX light line systems. The content of this manual must be known to everyone who will work on the DATALUX system before starting installation work.
In addition to this manual, the personnel installing the DATALUX must have followed electro technical training and be authorized to perform installation work. The employer or contractor must ensure that their personnel and/or employees of installation companies meet these conditions. Despite the utmost care taken in compiling this manual, unsafe situations not described may occur. Winterwarm Heating Solutions B.V. requests that such situations be reported.
In spite of constant attention to safety and efforts to prevent dangerous situations, it remains impossible to make work totally risk-free. The safety instructions described in this document must always be read and strictly observed in combination with the safety regulations applicable within your company and/or on the construction site. Always be alert to unexpected situations. A moment of negligence can have far-reaching consequences. Read all instructions carefully and inform the employer/contractor if there are any uncertainties.
General Safety Precautions:
- Do not lay down modules and connecting materials on the work floor in a way that people can fall over or trip.
- Never leave modules and connection materials unattended on a scaffold where they could fall down.
- Do not leave packaging materials on the shop floor, which could cause people to fall over or stumble; dispose of them directly in the designated waste container.
- Do not dispose of cut pieces of cable on the work floor; place them in the appropriate waste container.
Failure to follow these warnings, safety instructions, and guidelines can result in serious or fatal personal injury and (irreparable) damage to the DATALUX system.
Specific Installation Requirements:
- The DATALUX may only be installed by a recognized installer.
- Switch off the general mains power before working on the system. Ensure the power cannot be switched on accidentally. Cover switches and provide them with a safety label.
- Only use well-insulated tools and use them for the purpose for which they were made.
- Ensure sufficient daylight is available or use mobile lighting.
- Make sure that your connections (phase(s), ground, and neutral) do not change when connected, as this creates a life-threatening situation.
- Ensure that the electrical supply corresponds to the voltage and current required for the DATALUX as indicated on the product label.
- When connecting the DATALUX, refer to the connection overview in this manual and observe the locally applicable legal connection conditions (e.g., in the Netherlands: NEN1010).
