Installation Instructions: N-Fab Podium Nerf-Steps

Installation Steps:

1. Step 1: Identify Bars

   Identify the driver and passenger bars. The tube is cut flat near the rear tire.

2. Step 2: Mounting Bracket

   Each mounting bracket consists of 2 mounting holes. It mounts to the factory body mount.

3. Step 3: Remove Nuts

   On the body mount, remove the 2 nuts on either side of the mount.

4. Step 4: Position Step

   Carefully place the step into position. Place the mounting cup over the body mount washer. Slide upward over the studs. It is recommended to have an assistant to lift and hold the board in place.

5. Step 5: Hand Tighten Nuts

   Hand tighten all Original Equipment (OE) nuts to the studs.

6. Step 6: Final Tightening

   Begin tightening nuts in an alternating pattern. Avoid using power or air tools. Tighten to 40 ft-lbs torque to secure the board to the Jeep. Repeat the same procedure for the other side.
