Device Overview
Front View
The front of the device features:
- 1 Power Indicator: LED for power status.
- 2 CTLS Indicators: Indicators for contactless payment status.
- 3 4.0" Capacitive Touch Screen: The main display and input interface.
- 4 Return Button: Navigates back to the previous screen.
- 5 Menu Button: Accesses device menus.
- 6 Home Button: Returns to the main desktop.
- 7 IC Card Reader: Slot for inserting chip-based payment cards.
Side Views (Left and Right)
The sides of the device include:
Left Side:
- 1 Magnetic Card Reader: Slot for swiping magnetic stripe cards.
- 2 Lanyard Hole: For attaching a lanyard.
- 3 Volume Up Key: Adjusts audio volume.
- 4 Volume Down Key: Adjusts audio volume.
- 5 Power Key: Turns the device on/off or wakes/sleeps the screen.
- 6 USB Type-C Port: For charging and data transfer.
Top and Bottom Views
The top and bottom of the device feature:
Top View:
- 1 Lanyard Hole: For attaching a lanyard.
- 2 Magnetic Card Reader: Slot for swiping magnetic stripe cards.
Bottom View:
- 3 IC Card Reader: Slot for inserting chip-based payment cards.
- 4 MIC: Microphone for audio input.
Back View
The back of the device includes:
- 1 Magnetic Card Reader: Slot for swiping magnetic stripe cards.
- 2 Speaker: For audio output.
- 3 Battery Compartment Cover: Access to the battery.
- 4 Camera: For scanning or image capture.
- 5 Fill Light: Illuminates the camera area.
- 6 Contactless Card Reader: Area for tapping contactless cards.
Internal Components (Back View Detail)
Inside the battery compartment or accessible from the back:
- 1 Battery Connector: Connects the battery.
- 2 TF Card Slot: Slot for a microSD card.
- 3 Micro SIM Card Slot: For cellular network connectivity.
- 4 SAM Card Slot or Second SIM Card Slot: For secure access module or an additional SIM card.
Getting Started and Operation
07 Open Battery Compartment Cover
To access the battery compartment:
- Use a PH000 Phillips screwdriver to remove the 4 screws securing the cover.
- Open the battery cover by applying force in the direction indicated by the arrow.
08 Operating Instructions
Before Use:
- Install the battery and secure the battery cover.
- Charge the device if the battery is low.
Power On and Off:
- Press and hold the "Power" key for 3 seconds to power on the POS.
- After secure booting, the desktop will display, allowing operation.
- Short press the "Power" key to turn the LCD on or off.
- Long press the "Power" key for 3 seconds to power off the POS.
System Setup:
Click the "Setup" icon on the desktop to configure the system settings as needed.
Payment Operation:
Follow the instructions provided by your specific payment application provider.
Bank Card Operation:
- Insert the IC card face up into the IC card reader.
- Swipe the magnetic stripe card with the magnetic stripe facing the screen; swiping can be done in either direction.
- Tap the contactless card near the contactless reader area to read the card.

10 Safety Precautions for Use
Environmental Conditions:
- Operating Temperature: 0°C~45°C (32°F to 113°F)
- Operating Humidity: 10%~93% No condensation
- Storage Temperature: -20°C~60°C (-4°F to 140°F)
- Storage Humidity: 10%~93% No condensation
General Precautions:
- Do NOT refit the POS; privately refitting financial POS devices is illegal and voids the warranty.
- Users bear all risks associated with installing and using third-party applications.
- Installing too many applications may slow down the system.
- Clean the POS with a dry cloth; do NOT use chemicals.
- Do NOT expose the POS to direct sunlight for extended periods.
- Do NOT use sharp or hard objects to touch the screen.
- Do NOT dispose of the POS, charger, or battery as common household garbage. Please support recycling according to local environmental rules.
- Use only the original battery and charger; using unauthorized ones may cause product damage or personal injury.
- Do NOT put the battery into fire, as it may cause an explosion.
- Do NOT immerse the battery in water; it cannot be used again after water ingress.
- Do NOT short-circuit the battery, as this can cause personal injury or permanent battery damage.
- If the battery is deformed or heats up abnormally, discontinue use and replace it with a new battery.
- Replacing the battery with the wrong model may cause an explosion.
11 WizarPOS Warranty Regulations
WIZARPOS provides after-sales service according to relevant laws. Please read the following warranty terms:
- Warranty Period: One year for the POS and charger, and 6 months for the battery cell.
- During the warranty period, WIZARPOS offers free repair/replacement service for non-artificial product failures.
- Contact WIZARPOS or its authorized distributors for support.
- Present the product warranty card with accurate information.
Warranty Limitation Clause:
Services will be charged for situations arising from the following reasons, which are not covered under warranty policies:
- The POS is maintained or repaired by an unauthorized party without WIZARPOS permission.
- The POS operating system has been unauthorizedly modified by the user.
- Trouble caused by third-party applications installed by the user.
- Damage due to improper use, such as dropping, squeezing, impact, soaking, or burning.
- Absence of a warranty card or inability to provide true information on the card.
- Expiration of the guarantee period.
- Other conditions prohibited by law.
