How to Pair with Your Phone

Before First Use: Ensure both earbuds and the charging case are fully charged.

1. Step 1: Automatic Pairing

   Take both earbuds out of the charging case. They will power on and start pairing automatically. If not connected to a device for over 5 minutes, they will turn off. To manually turn them on, press and hold the MFB button for approximately 3 seconds until prompted "Power on". One earbud will flash white, while the other flashes white every three seconds, indicating pairing is complete.

2. Step 2: Connect to Device

   Enable Bluetooth on your phone. Search for and select "V90" to connect. You should hear a "Connected" voice prompt.

Indicator Light Status: If the earbud indicator light is off, the phone is connected.

Automatic Connection: By default, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired phone when powered on.

Pairing Troubleshooting

1. If you encounter pairing issues, place the earbuds back in the charging case and repeat the pairing steps.
2. These earbuds can be used individually. To use a single earbud, remove it from the case and connect it to your phone. Alternatively, if using both, manually turn off one earbud or place it back in the charging case to use the other one alone.

Charging

Earbuds Charging

Earbuds charge when placed correctly in the charging slots. The charging case and earbuds can be charged simultaneously or the case can be charged first. The indicator light shows white during charging. Charging stops automatically when earbuds are fully charged, and the indicator light turns off.

When earbuds are in the case, the case's digital display bar blinks and turns off when fully charged.

Case Charging

Use the included Type-C USB charging cable to charge the case directly. The digital display flashes to show the real-time battery level. The number shows "100" when fully charged.

Charging Alerts ⚠️

• Prolonged use may cause oxidation of magnet connectors, preventing charging or power-on. Clean connectors with an alcohol wipe to resolve.
• Placing earbuds in the charging case turns them off immediately, and the case begins charging automatically.
• Earbuds automatically connect to the last paired phone.

Storage and Maintenance

• If earbuds are unused for over 3 months, recharge them.
• Use only FCC-approved chargers.
• Do not disassemble the earbuds.
• Adult supervision is required for children aged 12 and under.
• Avoid high/low temperatures and thunderstorms.
• Protect the device from drops, shocks, fire, and water.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Why don't these earbuds pair with my phone?

A: Ensure earbuds are fully charged and powered on, and that your phone's Bluetooth is enabled. If issues persist, turn off the earbuds (5 quick clicks), place them in the charging case, close the lid, wait 1 minute, then reopen and reconnect.

Q: Why does the music cut in or out?

A: Keep earbuds within 10 meters of your phone (no obstacles). If the distance is less than 10m, follow these steps: 1. Place earbuds in the case, close the lid, and on your phone, select "forget V90". 2. After 10 seconds, open the charging case and reconnect the earbuds.

Q: Why won't the earbuds charge or disconnect from the phone when in the case?

A: Check if the charging case has sufficient battery. If the case is low, earbuds won't charge or disconnect. Charge the case using a Type-C cable.

Q: Are these earbuds sweat- and water-resistant?

A: Yes, these earbuds are sweatproof and IPX7 waterproof. However, submerging them in water is not recommended. They are not resistant to hot water, and water vapor can damage components.
