Accsoon CoMo Components

The Accsoon CoMo headset features the following components:

First Use

  1. Step 1: Open the battery slot and insert the battery.
  2. Step 2: Push the power switch to the "ON" position. The headset will power on and play a "Power On" voice prompt. The indicator will show a slow green flicker.
  3. Step 3: Headset connection. Host and remote headsets are pre-paired by default. They will automatically connect when powered on. The remote headsets will play a "Connected" voice prompt once successfully connected to the host headset.
  4. Step 4: Turn on the microphone.
    • When the microphone boom is placed at approximately ±45°, the indicator will remain red, and the microphone is muted.
    • To turn on the microphone, push the microphone boom forward to 45°. The indicator will turn green. You will hear a "Toot" voice prompt when the microphone is turned on or off.
    • Note: The maximum swivel angle of the boom shaft is ±135°.

Volume Control

  1. Push the volume "+" or "-" button on the side of the headset to adjust the volume up or down.
  2. The volume "+" or "-" buttons on the headsets only affect the listening volume, not the microphone volume or sound effect. To adjust microphone pickup, move the microphone closer to or further from the sound source.
  3. The headsets have 7-level adjustable volumes, initially set to level 4. The headset remembers the last volume setting.
  4. Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) is enabled by default when the headset is powered on. You can manually turn off the ENC mode by clicking the ENC switch button.

6. FAQ

Connection drops

  1. If the host headset is powered off, or the distance between the host and remote headsets is too far, the remote headsets will disconnect from the host. The indicators on the remote headsets will turn into slow green flickers and play a "Disconnected" voice prompt.
  2. When remote headsets are disconnected from the host headset, you can reconnect them by powering on the host headset or bringing the host and remote headsets back within the communication distance. The remote headsets will automatically reconnect to the host headset. Their indicators will stay on with a green light and play a "Connected" voice prompt.

Pairing and Host Headset Memory Clearing

Pairing

To pair headsets:

  1. Switch the power button on both the host and remote headsets to "ON".
  2. Press and hold the pairing button on the host headset for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The indicator will show fast green flickers, with no voice prompt.
  3. Press and hold the pairing button on the remote headsets for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The remote headsets will play a "Pairing" voice prompt, and the indicator will show fast green flickers.
  4. If pairing is successful, remote headsets will play a "Pairing success" voice prompt and the indicator will show slow green flickers.
  5. Press and hold the pairing button on the host headset for 3 seconds to exit pairing mode.

Note: Ensure you exit pairing mode before using Accsoon CoMo for communication.

Memorize Pairing Information

Pairing Capacity: One host headset can connect and memorize up to 8 remote headsets. If the host headset's memory is not full, you can follow the pairing instructions to add new remote headsets.

Single Remote Headset Pairing: A single remote headset can only store pairing information for one host headset at a time. To pair it with a new host headset, clear the remote headset's pairing memory first, then pair it with the new host headset.

Note: If you have multiple Accsoon CoMo host and/or remote headsets, follow the pairing instructions to arrange the pairing memory for each host/remote group. Two separate groups of Accsoon CoMo can operate in the same place without interference.

Pairing Overtime

The pairing mode lasts for 120 seconds. Headsets will automatically exit pairing mode if no pairing is completed within this time. If headsets fail to pair, restart the pairing process.

Pairing Memory Clearing

If your host headset has already memorized 8 remote headsets and you need to replace them, follow these steps to clear the existing pairing memory:

  1. Switch your host headset's power switch to "ON".
  2. Press and hold both the volume up "[+]" and volume down "[-]" buttons for 3 seconds. The host headset's indicator will alternately flash red and green lights, indicating that the memory clearing process has begun.
  3. Once the pairing memory is fully cleared, the host headset's indicator will change to slow green flickers.

Note: This process only needs to be performed on the host headset. After clearing the host headset's memory, follow the pairing instructions to pair the host and remote headsets. The new pairing information will be automatically memorized after successful pairing.
