Mounting Your Camera
The camera is designed to be mounted on a trailer hitch. Ensure it is securely attached. Refer to warranty information for details on installation and coverage.

Pairing Your Hitch Camera with Your Smartphone
The EWAY Hitch Camera broadcasts its own Wi-Fi signal. You can connect to it using the RVCamera APP.
For Android Users:
- Search for, download, and install the "RVCamera" APP from the app store.
- Ensure your device's Wi-Fi and GPS are both enabled.
- Connect your device's Wi-Fi to the "IPRO_xxxx" network broadcast by the camera.
- Open the RVCamera APP and select the camera to view the feed.

For iOS Users:
- Search for, download, and install the "RVCamera" APP from the app store.
- Ensure your device's Wi-Fi is enabled.
- Connect your device's Wi-Fi to the "IPRO_xxxx" network broadcast by the camera.
- Open the RVCamera APP and select the camera to view the feed.

Using the Camera
Powering ON/OFF: Press and hold the Power ON/OFF button for 3 to 5 seconds until the indicator light changes state. The green indicator light on the front of the camera signifies it is powered ON.
Wi-Fi Connection: You can only connect to one Hitch Camera Wi-Fi address at a time. If you have multiple cameras, you may need multiple devices to view them simultaneously.

Troubleshooting & Connectivity Issues
If you are experiencing issues connecting to your camera:
- Verify your RVCamera APP is up to date.
- Ensure the green indicator light on the front of the camera is solid (powered ON).
- For Android devices, confirm both Wi-Fi and GPS are enabled.
- For iOS devices, confirm Wi-Fi is enabled.
- Check that your device's Wi-Fi is connected to the "IPRO_xxxx" network.
- If problems persist, try restarting the Hitch Camera and reconnecting your device.
If the RVCamera APP is not found, it may be undergoing an upgrade or maintenance. Search for "RVCamera" APP again later.
Software Updates: Download and install software updates via the provided link: http://download.camerarv.com/rvcamera.apk.
