FAQ
- Q1: The storage capacity display in the device is not same as the nominal value?
- A1: As we all know, the computer uses binary, the calculation of the capacity is every 1024 for a binary, 1KB per 1024 bytes, 1MB per 1024KB, 1GB per 1024MB. The difference between the two binary results in a slight difference between the display capacity of the computer and the nominal quantity of the device. In addition, the internal font and system files will use a small amount of the memory space, so the memory capacity displayed in the operating system will be less than the nominal value.
- Q2: Why can't some songs be played on the device?
- A2: The audio format is not correct, please download the audio format that matches with this device.
- Q3: Why does this product slow down the response speed?
- A3: Because after long time use or do frequent file deletion, its internal flash memory may appear fragments (similar to the fragments of the hard disk), resulting in slower speed.
- Solution: Formatting the flash memory with professional software may solve the problem very well. If the MP3 file in the device is damaged, it will also slow down the speed.
- Q4: What if the software inside this product is damaged?
- A4: This is caused by abnormal operation, please contact your seller to solve the problem.
