Getting Started

1. Placing the Projector

Choose an appropriate position and direction for optimal projection quality.

Projector Positioning:

  • Default: Place the projector upright on a table or floor. This is the most common and convenient method.
  • Ceiling: Mount the projector upside down on the ceiling using a ceiling mount (sold separately). When mounted this way, it is not recommended to attach the speakers to the projector.

Projection Direction:

  • Front: The projector and audience are on the same side, projecting directly onto the screen.
  • Rear: The projector is placed behind a translucent screen, projecting from the rear, with the audience facing the projector.

Setup Steps:

  • After powering on the projector, press the [Settings] button, navigate to Advanced Settings > Projector Mode, and select the desired setting.
  • The device features auto-focus and auto-keystone correction, so manual tilting towards the screen is not required.
  • The projector can also be mounted on a tripod (sold separately).
  • The distance between the projector lens and the screen determines the screen size.

Ceiling Mode Setup:

Place the projector in its default position and project onto the ceiling. Navigate to Settings > Projector > Keystone Correction and enable ceiling projection correction.

Recommended Distance Between Device and Projection Surface:

Screen Size Distance (Meters / Feet)
60" 1.59 m / 5.22 ft
80" 2.13 m / 6.99 ft
100" 2.66 m / 8.73 ft
120" 3.19 m / 10.47 ft
150" 4.0 m / 13.12 ft
