The MiGo Link app allows you to control your heating on the go*. With full visibility of your heating, you can easily adjust the temperature and more...

The dashboard lets you...

  • See your heating's status at a glance
  • Check the indoor and outdoor climate
  • Access all main functions from one central place
  • If you have a MiGo Select control, you will also be able to see room humidity

*A MiGo Link internet gateway must be installed with either a MiSet, MiGo Select or Climastat Select control for app compatibility.

How to change your heating mode

By selecting the top left option on the app screen, you can manually change the modes of your heating.

Heating Modes:

  • Time Control: Follows the time programmes saved in the weekly planner in the app.
  • Manual: Follows the temperatures set, turn it up when you want it on and down when you want it off.
  • Heating Off: Turns the heating off and will only turn on if the room falls below the set back temperature.

Manual override

Maximum flexibility

If you've set your heating mode to 'Time Control' but want to temporarily change the room temperature, simply use the + or - to override the system.

When your plans change, you can:

  • ✔️ Temporarily override your automated settings
  • ✔️ Quickly adjust the temperature manually

Away function and hot water boost

Energy information

Now that you have selected 'Weekly Planner', you can add and edit time periods for your heating, and copy settings across different days.

Managing homes and users

You can add and be added to up to 5 homes on the MiGo Link app. If you are the main account holder (admin), you may add up to 9 other users to control the heating system. By selecting invite new user, you may share a code for others to join and control the home. Only the admin may add or remove other users.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I set my password and what are the password requirements for the MiGo Link app?

A password for the MiGo Link app has a minimum length of 8 characters, and must contain at least 1 of each: an upper-case letter, lower-case letter, numerical digit and a special character. The password will be set as part of creating your MiGo Link account.

What do I need to use the MiGo Link app?

You will need a Glow-worm boiler with a MiGo Link internet gateway and one of the following thermostats: MiSet, MiGo Select or Climastat Select.

Where can I download the MiGo Link app?

You may download the MiGo Link app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Minimum of iOS 13.4 or Android 8 is required.

How do I update the MiGo Link app?

Depending on your phone settings, your app may automatically update. If it doesn't, you may update the app through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

How can I send feedback, ask questions, or report concerns from within the MiGo Link app? (e.g, security issues)

If you would like to submit any query, concern or feedback, please use the 'customer support' function in the app. To access the 'customer support' function, select the settings in the bottom left of the app screen and you will see 'customer support' toward the bottom of the screen. Once your message has been raised, our app support team will reply and update you by email. Replies will be sent to the email address used to set up the MiGo Link account.
