Mounting Instructions
Mounting Bracket: Requires a mounting bracket with a ø21 mm hole.
Luminaire Head Angle and Restrictions
Acceptable Luminaire Head Angle: Relative to the ground, angles range from -285° to 105°.
Regulation Restrictions: Light should not be directed at the luminaire and its parts. The head cable gland should NOT point directly to the sky. Avoid regulation between -10° up to 10° angle gap.
Fixation
- Two M20 Screws: Torque 30-50 Nm. M20 Washer + Locker recommended.
- One M20 Screw: Torque 30-100 Nm. M20 Washer + Locker recommended. A safety wire is recommended as an additional security system.
Head Adjustment
- Horizontal Adjustment: -90° to +90° in 5° steps. Torque: 25 Nm.
- Vertical Adjustment: -105° to +105° in 5° steps. Torque: 50 Nm.
Cable Connections
Power Supply Cable:
- Terminals: L (Live), N (Neutral), PE (Protective Earth).
- Typical Colors: Brown (L), Blue (N), Green/Yellow (PE).
DALI Cable (if applicable):

Mounting Types
- CLASS I: Standard power connection.
- CLASS I + DALI: Power and DALI connection.
- Zhaga box/Junction box mounting: Described as 'Regular' and 'Premium' types.
Cable Attachment: Attach cables according to labels inside the luminaire: D1&D2 for drivers 1 and 2, D3&D4 for drivers 3 and 4, H1...H4 for heads 1-4.
Visors: Note that two full sets of visors cannot be placed next to each other.
Split Version Mounting and Connection
This section details mounting the luminaire to a separate driver cabinet.
- Fixation to Driver Cabinet: 2x M20 screws (Torque 30-50 Nm) or 1x M20 screw (Torque 30-100 Nm). M20 Washer + Locker recommended. Safety wire is recommended as additional security.
- Cable Recommendations: Type H07RN-F. Core quantity: 3x1.5 mm² (NO DALI); 5x1.5 mm² (DALI).
- Max Cable Length: Between EAGLE heads and driver must not exceed 200 m.
- Surface Restriction: Below the bracket, 240 mm recommended, minimum 200 mm.
Maximal Wind Load: The table shows the coefficient of drag (SCx) in m² for different angles relative to the ground (0° to 90°).

Risk Group Classification

Positioning Advice: The luminaire should be positioned so that prolonged staring into the luminaire is not expected from a distance closer than indicated by the Risk Group classification.

Terms of Use and Maintenance
General: Before the luminaire is turned on, it must be mounted according to these mounting instructions or any other applicable regulations.
Warranty Conditions
The warranty of the luminaire does not apply if:
- Mounting was performed in precipitation (rain, snow, hail).
- A control system unauthorized by VIZULO or an inapplicable LED driver was used.
- It has been used in an unsuitable ambient temperature or supplied by voltage outside the specified range.
- The LED driver program has been changed in any way.
- Logged history data of the LED driver has been deleted without VIZULO's permission.
- It has been mounted in unspecified angles, upside down (luminaire glass facing upwards), or has been completely submerged under water.
Safety Instructions
Mounting and any work on the luminaire must be performed by a qualified person certified according to national regulations and requirements. To prevent accidents, the person installing the luminaire must follow national safety requirements and these instructions:
- The label containing technical parameters of the luminaire must be studied before work begins.
- Any luminaire build or design changes are prohibited.
- The luminaire must be used in good technical condition and according to this instruction.
- Only VIZULO authorized spare parts and accessories may be used for repair.
- Repair must be performed by a qualified and certified person.
Maintenance and Repair
Important: The luminaire must be disconnected from the electrical grid before it is opened and/or repaired!
- Personnel working with the luminaire must follow national regulations and legislations applicable to maintenance and testing of electrical or electronic appliances.
- The luminaire may need to be cleaned depending on its environment. Use only a damp cloth or a sponge with household detergents diluted by water.
- Only VIZULO authorized spare parts may be used.
- Instructions for changing spare parts must be requested from VIZULO and studied before attempting repair.
- LED modules, lenses, and LED drivers can be changed on an installed luminaire, but it is advised to perform this task indoors to avoid water entering the luminaire.
- Spare parts (lens, LED modules, and drivers) should be ordered from the information available on the luminaire label.
