Troubleshooting the earbuds
If you encounter one of the following issues:
- Only one of the earbuds plays music and the left and right earbuds appear as separate devices with the same name in the Bluetooth list.
- When the earbuds are not connected to your mobile device, the beeping sounds from the left and right earbuds are not synced.
Try the following steps to solve the problem:
- Turn off Bluetooth in your device (such as your phone, tablet, or computer).
- Put the earbuds in the charging case, and then take them out of the case.
- Keep the earbuds still for 15 seconds until you hear the beeping sounds from both earbuds and the sounds are synced.
- Turn Bluetooth back on in your device.
- Delete “HTC TWS2” from the Bluetooth list.
- Search for “HTC TWS2” again and connect to the earbuds.
Resetting the earbuds
Here's how to reset the earbuds to factory default settings:
- Turn off Bluetooth in your device (such as your phone, tablet, or computer).
