  2. When you're not using the earbuds, place them in the charging case to charge them. Recharge the case with a 5V charger periodically.

Troubleshooting the earbuds

If you encounter one of the following issues:

  • Only one of the earbuds plays music and the left and right earbuds appear as separate devices with the same name in the Bluetooth list.
  • When the earbuds are not connected to your mobile device, the beeping sounds from the left and right earbuds are not synced.

Try the following steps to solve the problem:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth in your device (such as your phone, tablet, or computer).
  2. Put the earbuds in the charging case, and then take them out of the case.
  3. Keep the earbuds still for 15 seconds until you hear the beeping sounds from both earbuds and the sounds are synced.
  4. Turn Bluetooth back on in your device.
  5. Delete “HTC TWS2” from the Bluetooth list.
  6. Search for “HTC TWS2” again and connect to the earbuds.

Resetting the earbuds

Here's how to reset the earbuds to factory default settings:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth in your device (such as your phone, tablet, or computer).
