Product Overview
This wireless doorbell system consists of a receiver (indoor unit) and a transmitter (outdoor unit). It offers a simple and flexible installation without wiring. This product is suitable for various locations including family residences, hotels, hospitals, companies, and factories.
The receiver is available in two power supply modes: DC doorbell (battery-powered receiver) and AC doorbell (receiver with a plug for AC power supply). The transmitter is battery-powered.

Installation
For AC Receiver: Plug the receiver into a mains socket and switch the socket on.
For DC Receiver: Insert 3 AAA batteries into the battery box ? of the receiver. Place the receiver where you want it.
For Transmitter: Pull out the white insulating strip from the transmitter. Place the transmitter where you intend to fix it. With doors closed, confirm the receiver sounds when the transmitter button is pressed. If it doesn't sound, reposition the transmitter or receiver. Fix the transmitter in place using the included double-sided adhesive tape ? or screws.

Volume Adjustments
The doorbell volume can be adjusted to one of five levels. Short press the Volume Button ? on the receiver to increase the volume by one level. The doorbell will sound to indicate the selected level. If the maximum volume is set, the next level will cycle to the minimum volume (Silent Mode).
Change the Ringtone/Pairing
The default ringtone is "DingDong". Users can easily change it:
- Short press the Backward ◀️ or Forward ▶️ Button on the receiver to select your desired music. The receiver will play the selected music.
- Long press the Volume Button ? on the receiver for about 5 seconds until it makes one "Ding" sound and the LED light flashes.
- Press the transmitter button quickly within 8 seconds. The receiver will make two "Ding" sounds and the LED light will flash, indicating the setting is complete. This learning mode lasts only 8 seconds before automatically exiting.
Remark: This method is suitable for changing ringtones, adding new transmitters and receivers, and re-matching.
Clear Settings
Long press the Forward ▶️ Button on the receiver for about 5 seconds until it makes one "Ding" sound and the LED light flashes. All settings (ringtones and paired transmitters/receivers) will be cleared.
When the transmitter button is pressed again, only the first transmitter will be automatically paired with the receiver. Other transmitters will need to be re-matched.
For Night Light Doorbell Only
- For N20 Series: Long press the middle Backward ◀️ Button of the doorbell receiver for 5 seconds to turn the night light ? ON/OFF.
- For N108 Series: This model features a PIR/body motion sensor night light ?. It has automatic ON/OFF night light functionality with two dimming modes: human body detection and light control detection. It offers a 7-10m detection distance and a 45-second delay time to turn off the lights.
Troubleshooting ❓
If the doorbell does not work, consider the following possible causes:
- The battery in the transmitter or DC receiver may be run down. Please replace the battery.
- The battery may be inserted incorrectly (polarity reversed). Insert the battery correctly; be aware that reverse polarity may damage the unit.
- Ensure that the AC receiver is switched on at the mains.
- Check that neither the transmitter nor the receiver are placed near potential sources of electrical interference, such as power adaptors or other wireless devices.
- The range may be reduced by obstacles like walls, although this should have been checked during setup.
- Ensure no object, particularly a metal one, is placed between the transmitter and the receiver. You may need to reposition the doorbell.
Cautions ⚠️
- The doorbell receiver is for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors or allow it to become wet.
- There are no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to repair the transmitter or receiver yourself.
- Avoid siting the transmitter in direct sunlight or rain.
- Use only high-quality batteries.

This product is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of original retail purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failures caused by accidents, external damage, alteration, modification, abuse, misuse, or attempted self-repair. Please keep your purchase receipt.
