Operating Instructions

Remove the protective sticker from the face of the thermometer before use.

To Install Battery:

Use a fingernail or coin to lift the battery cover and insert one AAA battery, observing the correct polarity.

Digital Display Indications:

• IN: Indicates Air/Room Temperature.
• OUT: Indicates Probe/Water Temperature.

Place the probe with the suction cup inside the aquarium or wet/dry filter. Ensure the probe is fully submerged in water. Do not submerge the main meter unit or expose it to water, as damage may occur.

To Set Alert:

1. High Temp Alert Only (Probe): Slide the "Temp/Alert" switch to "Alert". Press the "Alert/Select" button to enter High Temp alert mode (a ▲ symbol will appear). Use the "High Set" button to set the desired high temperature. Press the "Alert On/Off" button to activate the alert (the "Alert" symbol will appear). Slide the "Temp/Alert" switch back to "Temp". The alarm will sound and the LED will flash for 5 seconds every minute when the temperature exceeds the set high point.
2. Low Temp Alert Only (Probe): Slide the "Temp/Alert" switch to "Alert". Press the "Alert/Select" button to enter Low Temp alert mode (a ▾ symbol will appear). Use the "Low Set" button to set the desired low temperature. Press the "Alert On/Off" button to activate the alert (the "Alert" symbol will appear). Slide the "Temp/Alert" switch back to "Temp". The alarm will sound and the LED will flash for 5 seconds every minute when the temperature drops below the set low point.
3. Both High & Low Temp Alert (Air/Room): Slide the "Temp/Alert" switch to "Alert". Press the "Alert/Select" button to enter High & Low Room temp alert mode (a symbol will appear). Use the "High Set" button to set the desired high temperature and the "Low Set" button for the desired low temperature. Press the "Alert On/Off" button to activate the alert (the "Alert" symbol will appear). Slide the "Temp/Alert" switch back to "Temp". The alarm will sound and the LED will flash for 5 seconds every minute when the temperature is above the high set point or below the low set point.
4. Both High & Low Temp Alert (Probe): Slide the "Temp/Alert" switch to "Alert". Press the "Alert/Select" button to enter High & Low Probe temp alert mode (a symbol will appear). Use the "High Set" button to set the desired high temperature and the "Low Set" button for the desired low temperature. Press the "Alert On/Off" button to activate the alert (the "Alert" symbol will appear). Slide the "Temp/Alert" switch back to "Temp". The alarm will sound and the LED will flash for 5 seconds every minute when the temperature is above the high set point or below the low set point.

Mounting Options

The thermometer can be used with its pop-up stand, mounted with screws, or attached to any surface using a pressure-sensitive adhesive pad.
