TEXA IDC6: Troubleshooting Incorrect System Time and Date Errors

This guide helps resolve 'Incorrect System Time and Date' errors in the TEXA IDC6 diagnostic tool by adjusting Windows system settings.

Problem

The TEXA IDC6 software may fail to load configuration and display an error: "Error while loading the configuration. Internal server error. The system date and time seem to be incorrect." This occurs when the system's date and time are not properly set, preventing the software from connecting to necessary online services.

Action: Press 'OK' on the error message and close the IDC6 application.

Solution

  1. Adjust System Date and Time

Right-click the clock in the Windows system tray and select 'Adjust date/time'.

  2. Configure Automatic Synchronization

In the 'Date & time' settings:

    • Enable 'Set time automatically'.
    • Enable 'Set time zone automatically'.

    This ensures accurate time synchronization.

  3. Restart Application

Close the settings window (❌) and restart the TEXA IDC6 software.
