Entry

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. To enter the contest, complete the Trek Ride Club Trek Travel 2026 Kickoff Challenge. Challenge details: sign up to participate in the Trek Ride Club Trek Travel 2026 Kickoff Challenge and then log at least 226 miles of cycling in the Trek Ride Club app between the dates of September 15 – October 10, 2025. The contest begins on September 15, 2025 and ends on October 10, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).

Eligibility Requirements

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. This contest is open only to persons age 18 and older who are legal U.S. residents, except for those located in Puerto Rico. Employees of Trek Bicycle, Trek Travel, and immediate family members are eligible to participate in the Challenge; however, they are not eligible to win Sweepstakes prizes.

Prize; Odds of Winning

An anticipated total of 3,000 participants will enter this contest. Twenty-six (26) winners will be chosen to win $500 off a Trek Travel trip and notified by email by October 31, 2025. Trek Travel credit may not be redeemed for cash. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers. Credit must be applied toward a Trek Travel trip booking by December 31, 2027 – though the actual trip departure may happen after this date. Excludes some trip categories including: Pro Race, Cross Country USA, Custom, Special Edition, Self-Guided, and bicycle rentals. May only be applied to new bookings, not valid toward existing bookings. Credit may not be combined with other offers. Other exclusions may apply.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of this prize: $500 USD.

The odds of winning: 26/3,000.

Expiration

Trek Travel trip must be booked by December 31, 2027, though guests may travel on the actual trip after this date.

Prize Details and Substitution

Actual/appraised value of all prizes may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of these prizes shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prizes are nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winners. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Must be physically fit enough to participate in an active cycling vacation. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of entries received.

Selection and Notification of Winners

The winners will be selected by a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or around October 31, 2025. The winners will be notified by phone or email, and such notification will direct the winners on how to redeem the prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted within ten (10) days after notification, the potential winner is disqualified. If it is necessary to select an alternate winner, the same procedures discussed above will be used for such selection. The prizes are nontransferable. No substitutions.

THE PRIZE INCLUDES ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES.

THE WINNERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND/OR LOCAL TAXES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF ACCEPTING THE PRIZE. The Sponsor is not responsible for any selection notifications or other communications that are late, lost, stolen, misdirected, nondeliverable or illegible due to any reason whatsoever.

List of Winners

The winners’ names can be obtained by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Trek Travel LLC, Attention: Trek Travel 2026 Kickoff Challenge, List of Winners, 613 Williamson St, Suite 207, Madison, WI 53703, United States of America.

Use of Personal Information

Sponsor, its subsidiaries, and business partners may use the personal information (name, phone number, address, email) of winners to contact you to promote their products and services. Your participation in this contest constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Contest Rules. Participants agree that the Sponsor of this contest, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents or other representatives of any kind shall not be responsible or liable for damages or losses of any kind arising out of or resulting from entry in this contest, acceptance or use of a prize, or any other matter related to this contest, including, without limitation, claims based on property damage, personal injury and/or death, publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. All decisions related to, as well as all interpretation of, these Official Contest Rules by Sponsor will be final.
