Installation and Setup
Before Installation
Thank you for purchasing and using our products. Upon receiving the product, please do not install it directly into the car. It may have been affected during transit. Please test the unit before installation.
Test Method
Connect the unit to a 12V DC power source (e.g., car battery). Connect the red and yellow wires of the power cord together to the positive pole (+) of the battery. Connect the black wire to the negative pole (-). Wait for 10 seconds, then press each button to check if the machine boots normally. If it powers on, it is likely functional and ready for installation. If not, re-confirm the test method steps. If the problem persists, contact support.

- The yellow line (B+) maintains power to the unit, enabling memory function.
- Ensure all 8 speaker cables are properly connected, not grounded, shared, or touching each other, to prevent sound output issues, distortion, or overheating.
Reversing Camera Installation Method
Connect the reversing camera as follows:
- The pink wire (Reverse) from the unit should connect to the reverse light signal.
- The red wire from the camera connects to the positive (+) of the reverse light.
- The black wire (GND) from the camera connects to the negative (-) of the reverse light.
- The video cable connects to the Reversing Video Input on the unit.
Important: If the reversing camera is not installed, do not connect the REVERSE/BACK cable. Leaving it unconnected may cause the unit to display improperly or automatically enter reverse mode, potentially leading to unit failure. Disconnect the REVERSE/BACK line as soon as possible if this occurs.

Common Problems and Simple Troubleshooting
1) Unable to boot normally
- Wiring: Ensure all 3 power wires (Yellow, Red, Black) are correctly connected to their respective poles (+12V, ACC, GND). Incorrect connections may prevent booting or damage the unit.
- Original Car Wiring: If original car wiring colors differ, consult a professional to avoid damage.
- Connector Fit: Ensure the original car plug fits correctly into the new unit.
- Fuse: Check the fuse on the yellow line. If intact, twist yellow and red wires together and try powering on. If it boots, the original car line may be faulty.
- Repeated Fuse Blows: This indicates a short circuit in the unit's protection circuit. Contact support for repair guidance.
- Power Test: Connect yellow/red wires to a 12V battery positive and black to negative. If it boots, the car's wiring is the issue. If not, the unit may be broken.
2) Automatic shut-down
- Cable Error: Ensure the blue cable (automatic antenna power supply) is not connected to the unit's power cable.
- Unstable Voltage: Test with a stable 12V-5A power supply. If the issue persists, the unit may be faulty.
3) Having noise
- Speaker Power: Original speakers may have insufficient power. Avoid turning the volume too high.
- Speaker Cable Grounding: Ensure speaker cables are not grounded. Connect directly to the unit's speaker output.
4) Remote control cannot be used
- Battery: Check the remote control battery. Use a phone camera to test if the IR emitter works when a button is pressed. Replace the battery if needed.
5) Settings can not be saved (no memory)
- Wiring: Ensure the yellow line (+12V) and red line (ACC/Key Control) are correctly connected. Try reversing their positions if they are swapped.
6) Car audio with Bluetooth but it can't work
- Pairing: On your phone, search for "CAR-BT", connect using PIN "0000". Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices.
7) Product smoke
If the unit emits smoke, the internal circuit has likely been burned. Replacing the fuse will not solve this. The unit requires repair.
8) How to adjust the sound, where is the equalizer set, the sound can not be adjusted
- Volume Adjustment: Use the volume knob.
- Equalizer Settings: Press the volume knob to display the EQ SEL, then rotate the knob to adjust sound effects.
- Sound Cannot Be Adjusted: Try resetting the unit or unplugging/replugging the power cord. If the volume knob is broken, it may need replacement.
9) No display of reversing video
- Wiring: Ensure correct connections for the camera, power, and video cables. Connect the pink/brown reverse control line to +12V. Connect the camera's video input to the unit's CAME video input. Connect the camera's power to the reverse light's positive pole and ground. The red wire from the video cable should connect to the unit's reversing control line.
- Camera Fault: If the reverse light is wired correctly but the camera is not lit, the camera may be broken.
10) USB flash disk can not be played, the card slot does not enter the card?
- USB Playback: Format the USB flash drive to FAT32. Re-download files. Try a different USB drive.
- Card Slot: Ensure the memory card is inserted correctly. Check for physical damage to the slot.
11) FM does not receive the radio station
- Antenna: Ensure the antenna plug is fully inserted and the antenna cable is connected.
- Search: Hold AMS for 2 seconds to auto-search, or use up/down buttons.
- Alternative Antenna: If issues persist, unplug the antenna and insert a screwdriver or metal strip into the antenna port as a temporary antenna.
12) There is no sound right after installation
- Speaker Wiring: Check for short circuits in speaker cables. Reconnect if necessary.
- Speaker Count: If only 2 speaker cables are present, the original car wiring may not match the unit's 4-speaker output. Re-route original car lines to provide 2 wires per speaker.
13) There is no sound after a while
Disconnect all speaker cables from the unit. Connect an external speaker to the gray and purple wires of the unit's tail line. If sound is present, the car's speaker line is short-circuited or the speaker is damaged. If no sound, the unit may be broken.
