Location of Controls

Battery Compartment

The Mesqool CR1007 Pro can be powered by 3 "AA" batteries for portable use. The battery compartment is located on the bottom of the unit. Users should remove the cover, insert the batteries according to the indicated polarity, and then replace the cover.

When the battery power is low, a dedicated indicator ? (or "[low battery indicator]") will flash.

Powering and Operation

Assembly by DC Power

To use the device with AC power, unpack the product and ensure the DC adaptor is included. Attach the DC adaptor jack to the 5V DC IN port on the sound machine and plug the cord into a standard 110V household outlet.

Assembly by AA Battery

For portable operation, remove the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the unit. Insert 3 pieces of "AA" batteries into the compartment, observing the correct polarity as indicated. Replace the cover and snap it into place.

USB Charging

The sound machine can also charge external devices. Attach a USB charging cable to the 5V/1A USB Charging Port on the sound machine and plug the other end into the device you wish to charge (e.g., smartphone, tablet). Note: The maximum charge current is 1 Ampere. USB charging functionality is only effective when the sound machine is connected to AC power.

Listening to Nature Sounds

1. Power on the sound machine by turning the VOLUME knob clockwise. The POWER LED [power indicator] will illuminate.
2. Press the desired sound selection button to choose your preferred sound.
3. Rotate the VOLUME knob to adjust the sound to your desired level.
4. To turn the sound machine off, rotate the VOLUME knob to the OFF position.

Note: The default sound is white noise when the sound machine is turned on for the first time.

Using the Auto-Timer

The auto-timer allows you to set the sound machine to turn off automatically after a set period. When the power is on:

1. Press the TIMER button until the corresponding LED illuminates for your chosen duration: [15 min timer LED], [30 min timer LED], or [60 min timer LED]. The sound machine will automatically shut off after the selected time. The POWER LED will remain on, indicating that the machine is still in Timer mode.
2. If you wish to change the timer period, press the TIMER button again until the desired LED illuminates, and the previous LED will turn off.

Note: To listen to sounds continuously without an auto-off timer, simply do not press the TIMER button.

Using Headphones

To listen privately, attach your headphones to the Headphone Port. When headphones are connected, the sound machine's internal speaker will be disabled, and audio will only be audible through the connected headphones.

Warranty Information

Mesqool warrants the original retail purchaser of this product that, under normal use and conditions, any part proven defective in material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced within 12 months from the date of purchase (or replaced within 3 months). This service is provided without charge for parts or labor.

Additionally, a monthly refund policy is offered to retail purchasers under the same conditions.

An 18-month extended warranty period is available for registered members who register their product on the Mesqool website.
