Setting the Time
Adjust the time by turning the Setting wheel shown in Figure 1.
Installing the Battery
- The battery compartment is located at the back of the flip clock, as shown in Figure 2.
- Open battery cover: Turn the cover into the OFF position (counterclockwise).
- Insert battery: Type D, ensure the + side is facing out as shown in Figure 3.
- Close battery cover: Turn the cover to the ON position (clockwise).

WARRANTY POLICY
- There is a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all Karlsson clocks, valid from the date of purchase.
- Never immerse the product in water. This can damage the product.
- Do not tamper with the internal components.
- Do not subject the product to extreme force, shock, or fluctuations in temperature or humidity.
- Never touch the flips. Set the time only with the setting wheel.
- The operating temperature range of the clock is best between -10 ºC and +50 ºC
- The direction of the battery must be installed correctly. 1 x size D battery (excl) replace every 6 months. The accuracy of the flip clock is an average monthly difference of ± 90 seconds.
- Damage caused by improper use, including being immersed in water, being broken, or high impact, is not covered by the warranty policy.
SETTING TIME
Adjust the time by turning the “Setting wheel” shown in fi gure 1.
PLEASE NOTE
- It’s only possible to turn the “setting wheel” in a counterclockwise direction.
- Do not touch the flip to set the time!
- By turning the minute flips, the hour flips will follow automatically.
- Always set the time to 1 minute. The clock mechanism will take 1 minute to start up correctly. For example, if the time now is 10:10, adjust the flip clock to 10:11..
- When daylight saving time ends and the clock must be set back one hour, we recommend that you turn the clock off for one hour. It’s easier than turning the setting wheel 23 hours ahead.

Maintenance
A soft cloth may be used to clean your clock. Do not use corrosive cleaners or chemical solutions on the clock.
