Precautions
- Please fix the product on a solid and reliable wall. When hitting, strike the designated area and avoid the corner areas to prevent hand injury or equipment damage.
- This product is suitable for adults. Children should use it under adult supervision.
- Beginners should not strike with excessive force to avoid hand injury. Prioritize safety during exercise. It is strictly forbidden to hit legs and knees.
- Do not hit the horn area.
- If the device cannot be turned on or is abnormal, check if the power is too low. Charge the device promptly. Charging time should not exceed 8 hours. For long-term use, it is recommended to charge once every 1-2 months.
- This product is not waterproof. Wipe the boxing target with a dry cloth; do not use water.
- Please keep these instructions for emergency use.
Product Description
The Smart Music Boxing Target includes the following components:

Installation For Use
Bluetooth Name: GDBX- [Serial Number, 6 alphanumeric characters A-F]
- Switch On/Off: Long press the Mode button for 2 seconds to switch the machine on or off. The machine will automatically shut down if Bluetooth is not connected and there is no operation.
- Volume Control: Long press the Speed button to decrease volume; long press the Mode button to increase volume.
- Mode Selection: Press the Mode button to cycle through P01-P09 (9 modes). P01 is a random mode; others are fixed patterns.
- Speed Selection: Press the Speed button to select HAU, H01-H09 (10 speeds). HAU is the music rhythm mode; others are fixed speeds.
- Sound Switch: Press the button to turn the impact sound on or off.
- Play/Pause: After connecting Bluetooth, short press the power button to control Bluetooth music playback.
- Next Music: Short press to switch to the next music track.
- Charging: Connect the charger. The battery icon will increase incrementally. When the battery is full, the icon will flash.
- Low Battery Warning: When the device battery is low, the display will flash to prompt charging.
- Power Out: If the power is completely depleted, key operations will not respond. The device must be charged to a sufficient level before it can be turned on.
Installation Notes
Installation Way 1: Bracket Installation (Most Secure)
- Holes No. 1, 2, 3, and 4 are for mounting brackets.
- First, secure the back of the boxing target using holes No. 2 and No. 3 with flat head screws.

- Mark holes No. 1 and No. 4 on the wall. Drill the holes using an impact drill and fix the bracket to the wall with expansion screws.
- Before using the product, ensure the installation is firm.
Installation Way 2: Hook and Loop Fastener Installation
- Align and paste the hook and loop fasteners with glue on the back of the product.
- Peel off the double-sided tape on the top half of the fastener.
- Align the position with the wall and stick it firmly.
