Ordering & Pickup

Houthandel Gigant operates as an online webshop. Pickup is possible by appointment.

To ensure your order is ready for pickup on Saturday, please place your order before Wednesday 08:00 AM.

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver orders within 10 working days. In many cases, faster delivery is possible, depending on current demand and product availability.

Transport Costs

For deliveries within a radius of approximately 200 km, transport costs are €50,-.

For deliveries outside this zone, shipping costs are €149,-.

Delivery to the Wadden Islands or abroad is possible upon consultation. Rates for these locations will be calculated separately.

Package Post

To inquire about shipping costs for package post, please contact us at info@houthandelgigant.nl.

Depending on the product's size and weight, shipping may occur via DPD, which is generally more cost-effective. Once the shipment is registered, you will receive a track & trace code from us.

Concrete Orders

Important Note: Concrete orders cannot be returned.

Coated concrete is ordered specifically for you and has a delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks.

Our delivery days may vary during public holidays.

During busy periods, there may be delays in the delivery of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
