2. Updating Guide

2.1 Kindly Note:

  • Updating the firmware carries risks; avoid updating during important events.
  • Ensure the device has sufficient power during the update process to prevent sudden power loss.
  • Contact Hollyland Technical Support Engineer if the update fails or causes device malfunction. The support email is support@hollyland-tech.com.

2.2 Updating Tool

  • A computer with Windows 10 or Mac OS 12.6 system.
  • A USB flash disk with under 32GB storage, formatted as FAT32.
  • A USB-A to Type-C cable.

2.3 Operation Steps

  1. Download the firmware file.
  2. Prepare a USB disk with a USB-A port and less than 32GB memory.
  3. Plug the USB disk into a laptop, format it to FAT32, and copy the upgrade firmware file to the root directory of the USB disk. Ensure only one firmware file is present and not within any folders.
  4. Plug the USB disk into the C1-HUB via the USB-A port. The C1-HUB will recognize the USB disk and begin upgrading. The Solidcom C1-HUB will reboot automatically after the upgrade.
  5. The Solidcom C1-HUB requires upgrading twice with different firmware versions. First, upgrade the initialization version "HLD_3_RRU_H000_S1.9.3.6", then upgrade the final version "HLD_3_RRU_H000_S1.0.4.2".
  6. After successfully upgrading the HUB, connect the headsets to the HUB one by one using a USB cable.
