Hardware
- Screw A: 3.5*40 (x20 + 1 spare)
- Screw B: 3.5*50 (x8 + 1 spare)
- Screw C: 3.0*25 (x2 + 1 spare)
- Screw D: 3.0*16 (x8 + 1 spare)
- Screw E: 3.0*14 (x12 + 1 spare)
- Part F: Hinges (x3)
Important Note: Do not confuse similar screws. Do not tighten bolts fully until all parts are connected!
Assembly Steps
- Attach side panels (2) and (6) to the front panel (3) using four Screws A (Ax4) for each connection.
- Attach side panels (2) and (5) to the front panel (4) using four Screws A (Ax4) for each connection.
- Connect the two assembled sections using the wire mesh panel (8) and securing it with Screws B (Bx2) on each side.
- Connect the other wire mesh panel (9) to the structure using Screws B (Bx2) on each side.
- Attach the connecting bar (12) using Screws C (Cx1) to the top of the wire mesh panels.
- Secure the wire mesh roof panel (10) to the top of the structure using Screws A (Ax2) on each side.
- Place the roof panels (7) onto the top of the assembled structure, ensuring they align correctly.
- Attach the top cover panels (11) to the sides of the hutch using Screws D (Dx4) for each panel.
- Attach the hinges (F) to the top cover panels (11) using Screws E (Ex4) for each hinge.
