    1. Try to reset the unit with unit just on , hold the volume up button and play button together until unit shuts off wait a bit then turn unit on . This puts it back to factory settings .

  1. My unit is completely dead. I tried to charge it for 3 hours, it still will not come on and nothing lights up.

  2. can i play my ipod through a cable connection to the usb port, or that usb is charge device batteries

  3. Immediately after turning on the power, I pressed and held the Connect Plastic button and there was no sound. When I try to update, I get a message asking me to turn off Connect Plus, but the lamp is off. If you press the play button and the plus button at the same time, the connect plus button will light up for a moment. The power will not turn off. I can’t update or turn off the power. It seems that it cannot be restarted until the battery runs out.

  4. Hi!
    I bought a Extreme 2 the 26.11.20.
    Ad got a problem.
Is there a solution for this:
The sound is cutting when using AUX inputt? I know this is a “power saving” thing. But this is VERY enoing! And happening ALL the
    time.

  5. Just received my 2 Extreme 2’s
One of them has a ‘flashing blue light’ that turns constant white after a while.
The other one flashes blue and then remains contant blue.
    Why the difference???

    1. Hi.
White ON = Unit is ON
Flashing White= Unit is in STAND BY
Flashing Blue = Units is in PAIRING MODE
Blue ON = Unit connected via Bluetooth

      I hope this helps.

  6. When the music is playing, there is always a background noise.
Wenn die Musik läuft, ist immer im Hintergrund ein Störgeräusch zu hören.
