- Once the first panel is in place, repeat for the second acrylic side panel on the opposite side.
- With both side panels inserted, you can now tighten the screws on the main frame pieces. Tighten them gradually in a cross-pattern (like tightening a car tire) to ensure even pressure and proper alignment. This pressure will secure the acrylic panels in place.
2.5 Finalizing the Assembly
- Attach the top and bottom acrylic plates (or side plates, depending on orientation) to the assembled frame. These plates also slide into grooves.
- Secure the handles to the top of the frame using the provided screws.
- Attach the rubber feet to the bottom of the frame. These feet prevent scuffing and scratching of surfaces.

3. Operating Modes and Device Integration
The DeskPi RackMate TT offers flexible configuration options to suit your needs.

In its standard vertical orientation, the RackMate TT can hold four to five mini PCs or similar compact devices. This mode is ideal for maximizing vertical space on a desk or shelf.

Multiple DeskPi RackMate TT units can be combined to expand your setup:
