4. セットアップ

4.1 SIMカードの挿入

1. デバイスの側面にある SIM カード トレイを見つけます。
2. SIM トレイ取り出しツールをトレイの横にある小さな穴に挿入して開きます。
3. Place your Nano SIM card(s) into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the gold contacts are facing down.
4. カチッと音がするまでトレイを慎重にデバイスに戻します。

4.2 初回電源投入とセットアップウィザード

1. Press and hold the Power button (located on the right side) until the Unihertz logo appears.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, Google account sign-in, and security settings (fingerprint, PIN, pattern).

4.3 Carrier Compatibility Notes

The Unihertz Jelly Star supports T-Mobile and Verizon in the US. For Verizon users, please note:

• All phones are UNLOCKED.
• Local Verizon stores may not be able to provide direct assistance as these phones are not in Verizon's local database.
• It is recommended to activate your SIM card with another Verizon-certified phone first, then transfer the activated SIM card to your Unihertz Jelly Star.

The Jelly Star runs on Android 13, offering a familiar and intuitive user experience. Navigate using gestures or the traditional three-button navigation bar.

5.2 Dynamic LED Notification Lights

The transparent back features dynamic LED lights that can be customized for various notifications, calls, and charging status. You can configure these settings in the phone's display or notification settings.

The 48 MP rear camera and 8 MP front camera allow you to capture moments. Open the Camera app from the home screen or app drawer. Tap to focus, and press the shutter button to take a photo. Swipe to switch between photo and video modes.

• Poor Signal/Call Quality: Ensure your SIM card is properly inserted. If using Verizon, ensure the SIM was activated on a Verizon-certified device first. Check for network coverage in your area.
