- Open the tape compartment cover of your label maker.
- Before inserting, ensure the end of the tape passes through the two fixed buckles on the cartridge.
- Turn the green gear on the tape cartridge in the direction of the arrow until the ribbon is straightened and taut. This helps prevent tape jams.
- Insert the tape cartridge firmly into the label maker's compartment. Ensure it clicks into place.
- Gently pull out a small length of tape (approximately 3-4 cm) from the tape outlet. This extended portion should exceed the paper outlet of the label maker.
