  1. Turn on the electric scooter.
  2. Press and hold the speed controller fully until '16' appears on the display.
  3. While holding the speed controller, simultaneously press the brake lever.
  4. Release the brake lever.
  5. The scooter will switch to the last set riding mode.

WARNING: The working mode should only be activated when the electric scooter is stationary. Activation of the working mode should be carried out gradually and slowly according to the instructions.

2.5. Turn Signal Control

2.6. Turn Signal Replacement

Handle with care when storing, placing, or dropping the scooter to avoid damaging the turn signals. If a turn signal is mechanically damaged, a new one can be purchased separately. To replace a turn signal, loosen the 1.5 mm Allen screw under the handlebar. Disconnect the turn signal from the connector. Connect the new turn signal and cover the connector with protective tape. Insert the turn signal into the handlebar tube and gently tighten the 1.5 mm Allen screw.

3. Electric Scooter Assembly

  1. Align the handlebar and secure it with the locking lever.
  2. Check the connection of the control unit connectors with the control panel. The connector must be securely connected to the cable to prevent loosening later.
  3. Carefully connect the handlebar to the handlebar tube. Be careful to avoid damaging the cable when inserting it into the handlebar tube. The LED light must face the direction of travel.
  4. Screw the handlebar to the handlebar tube. Use two Allen screws on the front and two on the opposite side, as shown in the diagram. Tighten the screws firmly. Regularly check for loose screws while riding the electric scooter.
  5. Turn on the electric scooter.

4. Charging

Before riding, check if the battery is fully charged. Turn on the control panel and check the battery charge level.

Charging is done using the supplied power adapter. First, uncover the rubber cover of the charging port on the electric scooter and connect the adapter. Then, plug the adapter into the socket. After charging and disconnecting the adapter, cover the charging port with the rubber cover again. Regularly check that the cover is closed over the charging port when the scooter is not charging.

The charging indicator on the power adapter shows 2 states:

WARNING: Use only original accessories supplied with the packaging for charging. If the battery life is very short, it means the battery is worn out and should be replaced by an authorized service center.

Recommendations:

If you do not use the device for an extended period, it is recommended to charge the battery fully every two to three months. Do not store the device with a discharged battery, as this may cause irreversible damage to the battery (loss of capacity).

5. Battery Protection Against Over-discharge

The electric scooter is equipped with protection for individual components against damage from excessive load during use and low battery charge.

WARNING: Do not modify or tamper with the safety mechanisms of the electric scooter (SCOOTER S21/S25). This prevents damage to individual components of the electric scooter.

6. Storage and Transport

  1. The electric scooter must be turned off. Hold the electric scooter, unlock the folding mechanism locking lever on the lower part of the handlebar tube, and slide the lever in the direction of travel.
  2. Lower the released handlebar towards the rear fender, where it is attached by the hook on the handlebar and the cutout on the rear fender.
  3. Carry the electric scooter by holding the handlebar tube. For easier transport, it is recommended to hold the handlebar tube in the upper third of its length, closer to the front wheel.

7. Operating the Electric Scooter

WARNING: Always wear a helmet and protective gear to avoid injuries in case of a fall. Always check the full functionality of the mechanical brake before each ride.

  1. Place one foot on the scooter's footboard and push off lightly with the other foot.

WARNING: Always push off with the foot on the side where the scooter's kickstand is not located.

  1. When the scooter starts moving, press the speed control lever 4 to start the motor. Once the scooter accelerates on its own, place your other foot on the footboard.

Note: The motor can be started and the scooter's speed regulated after reaching a speed of at least 5 km/h.

Stopping: Stopping is fundamental for safe steering. First, release the speed control 4, then press the mechanical brake lever 1 on the left side of the handlebar.

Turning: For your first turn, try on a flat surface at low speed. Make the turn by slightly shifting your center of gravity. Lean in the desired direction of travel and turn the handlebars slowly.

8. Safety Instructions

This electric scooter is designed for recreational purposes and is not a means of transport. In private and public spaces, ensure the safety of others and follow these instructions and local traffic regulations.

When encountering pedestrians, ride cautiously and ensure they are aware of your presence. If they are out of your sight, ring the bell, slow down, and overtake them (on the right side in countries with right-hand traffic).

Higher riding speeds mean longer braking distances. Maintain a safe speed for unexpected stops and keep a safe distance from others. Even on a flat surface, you may encounter situations or terrain that cause you to lose balance, skid, or experience other unexpected events that could lead to a fall. Always concentrate fully on riding.

Before each ride, check the mechanical brake, battery charge level, and wear of parts and wheels. If any parts are loose or unusual noises occur, perform a thorough inspection and contact an authorized service center if necessary.

The manufacturer and distributor are not responsible for any financial damages, injuries, accidents, disputes, or legal conflicts arising from non-compliance with safety instructions.

9. Maintenance and Adjustment

Regular maintenance and proper adjustment of all electric scooter components will extend its lifespan. Clean the individual parts of the electric scooter with a damp cloth, and then lubricate them with a preservative oil (except for the brake disc and brake pads). Before each ride, check that all detachable elements are tightened and secured. If any screw, Allen screw, or nut is loose, tighten it with the appropriate tool.

Before the first ride, the mechanical brake mechanism must be adjusted. For proper adjustment, consult a specialist (e.g., a bicycle service). Adjustment cannot be performed under warranty or post-warranty service by the manufacturer or distributor.

WARNING: Never use a high-pressure washer to clean the electric scooter.

Brake Adjustment

If the brake is too tight or too loose, use a 4 mm Allen key to loosen the brake mechanism screw counterclockwise, then adjust the brake cable length. Then, retighten the screw. Adjust the cable tension using the nut on the mechanical brake attached to the handlebar. Brake pads should be checked regularly and replaced if signs of wear are found. These are parts that wear out during braking. The entire braking system should be kept clean, and oily deposits on the brake disc and pads should be avoided.

Handlebar Joint Adjustment

In the transport position, there is an adjustment screw (4 mm Allen key) in the handlebar tube joint for securing. Before tightening the Allen screw in the handlebar tube joint, first loosen the Allen screws located on the joint sleeve (indicated by arrows in Figure 3). Carefully tighten the joint bearing to ensure the steering system does not become stiff and the play in the joint is minimized. After adjusting the joint, align the handlebars and firmly tighten screws B. If play in the steering system increases during riding, tighten the screws according to the procedure.

Folding Mechanism Lever Adjustment

If there is play in the folding mechanism, it needs to be adjusted. In the lower part of the handlebar tube, there is an adjustment screw in the folding mechanism lever. Set the handlebars to the transport position and adjust the play by loosening the Allen screw (turning it counterclockwise). Loosen the screw gradually, trying to fold the scooter into the working position so that the lever lock does not offer noticeable resistance. In no case should the screw be loosened so much that the folding mechanism lever can only be locked with great force.

Wheel and Tire Check

The electric scooter wheels are pneumatic and have inner tubes. Regularly check the tire condition. If the tires show signs of damage or excessive wear, replace them immediately.

WARNING: Always adhere to the correct tire size and tread pattern recommended by the manufacturer. Do not attempt to replace tires without professional assistance.

Check tire pressure before each ride. The air pressure should be maintained between 2.2 bar and 2.4 bar. If the tire pressure is too low, use a pump with a car valve adapter to inflate the wheel to the desired level. If the pressure is too high, release it to the desired value.

Front Wheel Removal

Required tools: 4 mm Allen key, small Phillips screwdriver, blunt tool, hair dryer, 18 mm open-end wrench, double-sided adhesive tape.

First, unscrew the two Phillips screws A on the right side of the scooter. Then, carefully heat the side reflectors B with a hair dryer and gently remove them with a blunt tool. Unscrew the Allen screws (2 on each side of the electric scooter). Remove the side covers of the front fork and unscrew the nuts from the front wheel. Then, slide the wheel downwards E.

For assembly, follow the reverse procedure and remember to reassemble the wheel to its state before disassembly. To attach the reflector, first clean the contact surfaces (using a cleaning agent*), then use new double-sided adhesive tape.

WARNING: Perform all work carefully to prevent damage to individual parts. During assembly, pay attention to precision and remember to firmly tighten all mounting screws. Exercise extra caution when maneuvering the front wheel near the connected motor cable. The motor cable cannot be disconnected. If you have any doubts about assembly or disassembly, contact a specialized service center. Warranty does not cover tire and inner tube replacement.

* Use only products that do not affect the materials used for cleaning.

Rear Wheel Removal

Required tools: 4 mm Allen key, 5 mm Allen key, hair dryer.

Use a hair dryer to heat and remove the reflector A. Unscrew the Allen screws and remove the plastic covers from both sides of the rear wheel. Then, unscrew the rear wheel Allen screw from both sides and pull the wheel backwards ◉.

WARNING: Perform all work carefully to prevent damage to individual parts. During assembly, pay attention to precision and remember to firmly tighten all mounting screws. If you have any doubts about assembly or disassembly, contact a specialized service center. Warranty does not cover tire and inner tube replacement.
