I purchased a doorbell from Amazon and found it was faulty. I have TWO of the squares as you should but in my case the both have the electrical squares that plug into electricity and nothing that can be put to the wall because it has the electrical two prongs onit. I tried returning it tow amazon but due to the fack that I was just getting up to walking and could not drive because I broke my leg I was late getting it back to amazon and they would not take it. My door bell is a CB-12 & CW-12 Can you help me ? I hate to throw the entire system in the trash,
