Carefully remove the cooling fan from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any signs of damage. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.

Place the cooling fan on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper airflow (at least 20 cm from walls or furniture).
