How to Transfer Old Mobile Content to a New Mobile
You can use OPPO Clone Phone to easily transfer photos, videos, music, contacts, messages, apps, etc., from your old phone to the new one.
- If your previous phone was a non-OPPO Android phone, search for "OPPO Clone Phone" in the Google Play store and install the app. You can also scan the QR code to install it. If your previous phone was an OPPO phone, you do not need to install this app. Run Clone Phone on both phones and follow the on-screen instructions.
- If your previous phone was an iPhone, run "Clone Phone" on your new phone and follow the on-screen instructions to migrate your data from your iCloud account.

How to Reboot the Phone
Press and hold the Power Button and Volume Up Button simultaneously until the OPPO boot animation is displayed to reboot the phone.

Safety and Precautions
- Read all instructions and safety information before using the phone.
- The phone is designed to operate in ambient temperatures between 0°C and 35°C. Storage temperature should be between -20°C and 45°C. Extreme temperatures can damage the device or reduce battery life.
- Charge the phone in a well-ventilated area. Recommended charging temperature is between 5°C and 35°C. Fast charging may not work at temperatures below 15°C or above 35°C.
- Do not charge the battery for more than 12 hours.
- The adapter should be placed near the device and be easily accessible.
- Use only manufacturer-approved chargers, USB cables, and other accessories to prevent overheating, battery damage, fire, or other risks.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the battery, as this may cause electrolyte leakage, overheating, explosion, or fire.
- Do not expose the phone or battery to direct sunlight, heat sources, or areas with low atmospheric pressure, as this may cause the battery to explode or leak.
- To prevent damage to internal components, avoid using the phone in dusty, smoky, humid, or dirty environments, or near magnetic fields.
- If any part of the product is cracked or damaged, stop using it immediately and contact an OPPO service center.
- Follow all safety warnings and rules when using the mobile device while driving.
- Turn off the device in potentially explosive environments and follow all signs and instructions.
- The battery can be charged and discharged hundreds of times, but it will eventually wear out.
- To prevent hearing damage from high sound pressure, avoid listening to music at maximum volume for extended periods.
- All personal information may be deleted during or after a software update. Back up your personal information before updating.

Warranty Information
- OPPO Mobile Telecommunications Corp., Ltd. provides a comprehensive warranty service in accordance with applicable national legislation and regulations. In case of any conflict between the following provisions and national policy or laws, national policy shall prevail.
- If a performance issue arises within 12 months of the purchase date under normal usage, customers are entitled to warranty service. Accessories like the charger, data cable, and earphones have a 6-month warranty. The battery has a 12-month warranty.
- Ensure the warranty card is correctly filled out and keep your purchase receipt.
- The warranty card and receipt are crucial for protecting your warranty rights. If lost, and copies cannot be provided, a 12-month warranty service will be provided starting from 90 days after the manufacturing date.
- The warranty does not cover other accessories (e.g., user manual, warranty card).
- Warranty is valid only in the country where the product was originally purchased. OPPO reserves the right to revise and interpret its warranty policy.
- Warranty is void if the defect is caused by improper use, unauthorized repairs, physical damage, or failure to follow instructions.
- Force majeure events (e.g., flood, fire, earthquake) are not covered.
- If the product model or barcode on the warranty card/receipt is altered or illegible, the warranty may be void.
- Normal wear and tear of product parts (e.g., casing, buttons, screen) is not covered.
- Defects not caused by the company are not covered.
- Tampered or illegible serial numbers/barcodes will void the warranty.
- Damage caused by external factors (e.g., internet provider issues) is not covered.
- Verbal promises from dealers that contradict the warranty terms are not valid.
- For repairs, contact an authorized service center.
- If the product requires repair due to water damage or severe human-induced damage, a repair agreement with the OPPO Customer Service Center must be signed.
- All replaced components, parts, and accessories during the warranty period become the property of the company.
Important Notes for Repair and Return
- Fill out the repair form completely and accurately with your contact information and a description of the issue.
- Before sending your device for repair, back up all your data (phone numbers, messages, images) to prevent data loss. OPPO is not responsible for any data loss or damage during the repair process.
- Ensure the legality of your data. OPPO respects your privacy and will not share or process your data without consent, except when necessary for service provision.
- To collect your repaired phone, present the repair form. If the copy is lost, you must follow procedures to report the loss with your personal identification before collection.
