4. Configurazione e installazione

Follow these steps to install your motherboard and essential components:

4.1. Preparazione del caso

Before installing the motherboard, ensure your computer case is ready. Install the necessary standoffs for the ATX form factor. The TUF GAMING B650E-E WIFI features a pre-mounted I/O shield, simplifying installation.

4.2. Installazione della CPU (socket AMD AM5)

1. Individuare il socket della CPU AM5 sulla scheda madre.
2. Sollevare la leva di caricamento e aprire il coperchio del socket della CPU.
3. Carefully align the triangular mark on the CPU with the mark on the socket. Gently place the CPU into the socket without forcing it.
4. Chiudere il coperchio della presa e spingere verso il basso la leva di caricamento finché non scatta in posizione.

4.3. Installazione della RAM (DDR5)

This motherboard supports DDR5 memory. For optimal performance, install memory modules in the recommended dual-channel configuration (typically A2 and B2 slots first). Refer to the motherboard manual for specific slot population order.

• Align the notch on the DDR5 module with the key in the DIMM slot.

4.4. Installazione SSD M.2

The motherboard features three M.2 slots, with one supporting PCIe 5.0 for ultra-fast storage. All M.2 slots include heatsinks for thermal management and utilize the convenient M.2 Q-Latch mechanism.
