4. Installazione e cablaggio
Proper wiring is crucial for the safe and correct operation of the temperature controller. Ensure power is disconnected before wiring.

Figure 4.1: Wiring Diagrams for DC and AC Power. This diagram shows two wiring configurations: one for DC 12V/24V power supply and another for AC 110-220V power supply. Both configurations include connections for the power input, the load (e.g., heating/cooling element), and the 1-meter waterproof temperature probe.
Istruzioni di cablaggio:
- DC 12V/24V Wiring: Connect the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals of your DC power supply to the corresponding terminals on the controller. Connect your load (e.g., heating lamp) to the direct output terminals. Ensure correct polarity.
- AC 110-220V Wiring: Connect the Live (L) and Neutral (N) wires from your AC power supply to the controller's input terminals. Connect your load to the direct output terminals, ensuring proper connection to the Live and Neutral lines.
- Sonda di temperatura: Plug the standard 1m waterproof temperature probe into the designated port on the controller.
5. Istruzioni per l'uso
Funzionamento di base:
- After wiring and powering on, the controller will display the current temperature.
- Short press the 'Up' key to display the starting temperature (P0).
- Short press the 'Down' key to display the stop temperature (P1).
Impostazioni dei parametri:
To enter the internal menu for parameter settings, press and hold the 'Set' key for a few seconds until the display changes.
P0: Setting the Starting Temperature

Figure 5.1: P0 Setting Display. The controller screen shows 'P0' indicating the starting temperature parameter is selected.
- Press the 'Set' key once to enter the internal menu. The default display is P0.
- Press the 'Set' key again to enter the P0 value adjustment.
- Use the 'Up' and 'Down' buttons to set the desired starting temperature.
- Press 'Set' again to confirm and exit, or wait a few seconds for automatic exit.
P1: Setting the Stop Temperature

Figure 5.2: P1 Setting Display. The controller screen shows 'P1' indicating the stop temperature parameter is selected.
- Press the 'Set' key to enter the internal menu.
- Use the 'Down' key to navigate to P1.
- Press the 'Set' key again to enter the P1 value adjustment.
- Use the 'Up' and 'Down' buttons to set the desired stop temperature.
- Press 'Set' again to confirm and exit, or wait a few seconds for automatic exit.
P2: Setting Temperature Correction

Figure 5.3: P2 Setting Display. The controller screen shows 'P2' indicating the temperature correction parameter is selected.
- Enter the internal menu and navigate to P2 using the 'Up' or 'Down' buttons.
- Press the 'Set' button again to adjust the calibration temperature.
- Use the 'Up' and 'Down' buttons to set the correction value (e.g., if the detected temperature is 0.5°C higher than actual, set to -0.5°C).
- Formula: Detection temperature + Calibration temperature = Actual temperature.
P3: Setting Delay Start

Figure 5.4: P3 Setting Display. The controller screen shows 'P3' indicating the delay start parameter is selected.
- Enter the internal menu and navigate to P3 using the 'Up' or 'Down' buttons.
- Press the 'Set' button again to adjust the delay time in minutes.
- Use the 'Up' and 'Down' buttons to set the desired delay.
- Nota: Delayed start is typically used for compressor refrigeration. For refrigerators and freezers, this value needs to be set. A general setting for compressor back pressure is 3-6 minutes. If not needed, set to 0.
Configurazione della modalità di riscaldamento:
The controller automatically enters heating mode when the starting temperature (P0) is set to be less than the stop temperature (P1).
Exampon: Control a water heater to stop heating at 50°C and restart heating when the temperature drops to 40°C.
- Ensure P0 < P1 for heating mode.
- Enter the internal menu (press 'Set').
- Select P0 and set its value to 40°C.
- Select P1 and set its value to 50°C.
Configurazione della modalità di raffreddamento:
The controller automatically enters cooling mode when the starting temperature (P0) is set to be greater than the stop temperature (P1).
Exampon: Control a radiator to stop cooling at 26°C and restart cooling when the temperature rises to 30°C.
- Ensure P0 > P1 for cooling mode.
- Enter the internal menu (press 'Set').
- Select P0 and set its value to 30°C.
- Select P1 and set its value to 26°C.
6. Manutenzione
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your XH-3002 temperature controller, follow these general maintenance guidelines:
- Mantenere il dispositivo pulito e privo di polvere e detriti. Utilizzare un panno morbido e asciutto per la pulizia.
- Avoid exposing the controller to extreme temperatures, humidity, or corrosive environments.
- Regularly check wiring connections to ensure they are secure and free from damage.
- Handle the temperature probe with care to prevent damage.
7. Risoluzione Dei Problemi
If you encounter issues with your XH-3002 controller, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Screen displays '888': This indicates that the factory settings have been restored. To perform a factory reset, press and hold the 'Up' and 'Down' keys simultaneously until '888' appears.
- Screen displays 'LLL': This indicates that the temperature probe is not properly connected, disconnected, or damaged. Check the probe connection or replace the probe if necessary.
- Screen displays 'HHH': This indicates that the temperature probe is short-circuited or the detected temperature exceeds the measurable range (-50°C to 110°C). Check the probe for damage or ensure the environment's temperature is within the operational range.
