5. Impostazione

5.1 Carica iniziale

Before first use, fully charge the Alpha 2000 power station using the provided AC charging cable. The unit can charge fully in approximately 1.3 hours with 1,500W AC input.

5.2 Collegamento delle batterie di espansione

The Alpha 2000 supports expansion with up to 15 Alpha 2000X Expansion Batteries, increasing total capacity up to 32kWh. The connection process is plug-and-play and can be done while the main unit is in AC output state.

1. Use the battery-to-host cable to connect the Alpha 2000 to an expansion battery.
2. After connection, the battery's built-in chip will automatically detect and validate the connection.

5.3 Installazione e controllo dell'app

The Hepway Alpha 2000 can be controlled remotely via the Cozylife app using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. The app allows monitoring and customization of various settings.

1. Download the Cozylife app from your device's app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android).
2. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your Alpha 2000 via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
3. Through the app, you can monitor battery status, set charge priority, adjust recharge speed, configure standby modes (auto-off/timed/fridge), screen timeout, and button sounds.

6. Istruzioni per l'uso

6.1 Accensione/Spegnimento

Tenere premuto il pulsante di accensione principale sul pannello frontale per accendere o spegnere l'unità. Il display si illuminerà all'attivazione.

6.2 Ricarica di dispositivi esterni

Connect your devices to the appropriate output ports (AC, USB-A, USB-C, Car Port, Wireless Charging). Ensure the total power consumption of connected devices does not exceed the Alpha 2000's rated output of 2000W (or 3600W in E-Turbo mode).

6.3 Recharging the Alpha 2000

The Alpha 2000 can be recharged using multiple methods:

• Presa a muro CA: Connect the provided AC charging cable to a standard wall outlet. The unit supports 1500W AC input, allowing a full charge in approximately 1.3 hours.
• Pannello solare: Connect compatible solar panels (10-100V output, max 800W) via the XT-60 input interface using the MC4 to XT60 cable. An 800W solar input can fully charge the unit in approximately 2.5 hours.
• Caricabatterie per auto: Use the car charger to XT60 cable to charge the unit from your vehicle's 12V outlet.

6.4 Funzione di alimentazione ininterrotta (UPS)

The Alpha 2000 features a 10ms ultra-fast switchover UPS function. When connected to an AC power source and simultaneously powering devices, it can automatically switch to battery power in less than 10 milliseconds during a power outage. This ensures continuous operation for sensitive electronics like computers and medical equipment.

6.5 Power Lifting (E-Turbo) Mode

The E-Turbo mode allows the Alpha 2000 to deliver a high-power output of 3600W (with a peak of 4400W), enabling it to run devices with higher wattage requirements than its continuous 2000W rating. This mode is suitable for powering resistive loads such as kettles, electric blankets, and hair dryers.

7. Manutenzione

7.1 Linee guida per l'archiviazione

For long-term storage of the Alpha 2000 and any connected expansion batteries:

• Turn off all outputs on the power station.
• Store the unit in a dry and cool environment.
• Check the remaining battery power monthly.
• For extended storage, charge the battery to approximately 80% before storing.
• Fully charge the unit every 3 months to maintain battery health.

  A: You can check the screen of the Alpha 2000 for the estimated working time. Alternatively, calculate using the formula: working time = 2048Wh * 0.85 / device working power. Connecting more extended battery packs will increase the working time.
• Q: What solar panel specifications should I use?
  A: The Alpha 2000 has an XT-60 input interface. Use a solar panel with a 10-100V output and a power of no more than 800W.
• Q: Can I charge the Alpha 2000 using both AC and DC power simultaneously?
  A: No, simultaneous AC and DC charging is not possible. AC power will take priority as the primary input source. If AC power is not used, the system will automatically switch to DC power for charging.
