4. Configurazione e installazione

- Install New Brake Drum: Clean the inside surface of the new brake drum (Part# DB794115) with brake cleaner. Carefully slide the new drum over the brake shoes. If the drum does not fit, the star wheel adjuster may need to be backed off slightly.

- Reinstallare le ruote: Reinstall the wheels, hand-tighten the lug nuts, lower the vehicle, and then torque the lug nuts to the manufacturer's specifications.

5.1. Brake System Break-In
After installing new brake drums and shoes, a proper break-in procedure is crucial for optimal performance and longevity. This process helps to seat the brake shoes to the drum surface and burn off any manufacturing residues.
