4. Impostazione

1. Disimballaggio: Carefully remove the machine from its packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage. Report any damage to the carrier immediately.

5. Istruzioni per l'uso

Follow these steps for the DTF transfer printing process using the Ving Automatic DTF Powder Shaker and Dryer:

2. Print onto DTF Film: Print your design onto the DTF film using a compatible DTF printer. Ensure the print is wet when it enters the shaker unit.
3. Automatic Powder Shaking: As the wet printed film enters the shaker unit, the automatic powder dispenser will apply an even layer of adhesive powder. The paddle system will then remove excess powder.
4. Baking/Curing: The film with the applied powder will then pass through the infrared drying and heating tunnel. The heat will melt and cure the adhesive powder onto the ink.

6. Manutenzione

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your DTF Powder Shaker and Dryer.

• Powder Management: DTF powder shakers typically do not have an automatic powder recycling function. Regularly inspect and remove any excess powder to prevent moisture absorption, which can lead to clumping and poor application. Store unused powder in a dry, sealed container.
• Conveyor Belt Inspection: Periodically check the conveyor belt for wear, tears, or misalignment. Clean the belt to remove any adhesive residue.
