3. Componenti e controlli

3.1 Pannello di controllo

• Starter Switch (OFF/ON/START): Utilizzato per avviare e arrestare il motore.
• Oil Alert Indicator (OIL ALERT): Illuminates when engine oil level is low. The generator will shut down automatically to prevent damage.
• Voltmetro: Visualizza il volume di uscitatage del generatore.
• AC Breaker (DELIXI): Overload protection for the AC output. Trips automatically if the generator is overloaded.
• Prese CA 230V: Standard electrical outlets for connecting appliances.
• Uscita CC 12V 8.3A: For charging 12V batteries (charging cable not included).

4. Impostazione

4.1 Disimballaggio e montaggio

1. Estrarre con cautela il generatore dall'imballaggio.
2. Attach the auxiliary handle and wheels using the provided hardware. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.

4.2 Aggiunta di olio motore

Il generatore viene spedito senza olio motore. È necessario aggiungere il tipo e la quantità corretti di olio prima del primo utilizzo.

1. Posizionare il generatore su una superficie piana.
2. Unscrew and remove the engine oil fill cap/dipstick.
3. Pour the recommended diesel engine oil (e.g., SAE 10W-30) into the oil fill opening until it reaches the upper mark on the dipstick. Do not overfill.
4. Replace the oil fill cap/dipstick and tighten it.

4.3 Alimentazione del generatore

Use only clean, fresh diesel fuel. Do not use gasoline or any other fuel type.

1. Assicurarsi che il motore del generatore sia spento e freddo.
2. Aprire il tappo del carburante.
3. Carefully pour diesel fuel into the tank, avoiding spills. Do not fill above the fuel filter screen.
4. Chiudere bene il tappo del serbatoio. Asciugare immediatamente il carburante fuoriuscito.

4.4 Messa a terra del generatore

For safety, always ground the generator before operation. Connect a heavy-gauge wire from the generator's ground terminal to a suitable earth ground rod.

5. Funzionamento

5.1 Avviamento del generatore

1. Ensure the generator is on a level surface and all electrical loads are disconnected from the outlets.
2. Controllare i livelli dell'olio motore e del carburante.
3. Move the STOP/RUN lever to the CORRERE posizione.
4. Turn the Starter Switch to the ON posizione.
5. Turn the Starter Switch to the INIZIO position and hold until the engine starts. Release the switch once the engine is running. Do not crank for more than 5 seconds at a time. If the engine does not start, wait 10 seconds before trying again.
6. Lasciare funzionare il generatore per qualche minuto per riscaldarlo prima di collegare qualsiasi carico.

5.2 Collegamento dei carichi elettrici

Una volta che il generatore funziona in modo stabile, puoi collegare i tuoi dispositivi elettrici.

1. Plug your appliances into the AC 230V outlets.

3. If the AC breaker trips, reduce the load, then reset the breaker.

5.3 Arresto del generatore

3. Turn the Starter Switch to the SPENTO posizione.

Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and safe operation of your generator. Always perform maintenance with the engine off and cool, and disconnect the battery if performing electrical work.

A dirty air filter will reduce engine performance and lifespan.

1. Rimuovere il coperchio e l'elemento del filtro dell'aria.
2. Clean the foam element with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and allow to air dry completely.
3. Ungere leggermente l'elemento in schiuma con olio motore e strizzare l'eccesso.
4. Reinstallare l'elemento del filtro dell'aria e il coperchio.
