3. Impostazione

3.1 Alimentazione della fotocamera

1. Collegare il cavo di alimentazione USB alla porta di ingresso dell'alimentazione della fotocamera.

3. Insert the power adapter into a standard wall outlet. The camera will power on automatically.

3.2 Installazione dell'app e connessione Wi-Fi

1. Scarica il Osaio APP dall'app store del tuo smartphone (iOS o Android).
2. Registrati per un nuovo account o accedi se ne hai già uno.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to add your GNCC C2 camera. Ensure your smartphone is connected to a Rete Wi-Fi a 2.4 GHz, as the camera does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
4. During the pairing process, you may be prompted to scan a QR code on the camera or its base.

3.3 Opzioni di montaggio

The GNCC C2 camera offers flexible installation without the need for drilling:

• Montaggio con nastro adesivo: The camera comes with strong adhesive tape. Peel off the protective film from one side of the tape and attach it to the base of the camera. Then, peel off the other side and firmly press the camera onto any clean, flat surface where you wish to install it.
• Posizionamento indipendente: The camera can also be placed on any flat surface, such as a shelf, table, or desk, without using the mounting accessories.

4. Istruzioni per l'uso

4.1 Vivere View e monitoraggio remoto

Once connected, open the Osaio APP to access the live video feed from your camera. You can monitor your home remotely from anywhere with an internet connection.

4.2 Rilevamento di movimento e suono

The camera features intelligent motion and sound detection. When activity is detected, the camera will automatically record a video clip and send an instant notification to your Osaio APP. You can customize alert sensitivity and notification settings within the app.

4.3 Visione notturna a infrarossi

The GNCC C2 camera is equipped with 6pcs 850nm infrared lights, providing clear black-and-white video footage up to 26 feet (5 meters) in complete darkness. Night vision activates automatically in low-light conditions.

4.4 Audio bidirezionale

Utilize the built-in microphone and speaker to communicate with individuals on the camera's side. This feature is accessible through the Osaio APP, allowing you to speak to family members, pets, or deter intruders.

4.5 Opzioni di archiviazione

• Micro SD Card: Insert a Micro SD card (up to 128GB, not included) into the camera's designated slot for continuous local recording.

5. Manutenzione

• Aggiornamenti del firmware: Regularly check the Osaio APP for available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and security.

6. Risoluzione Dei Problemi

• La fotocamera non si connette al Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. The camera does not support 5GHz networks. Check that the Wi-Fi signal strength is adequate at the camera's location.
• Scarsa qualità video: Verifica la velocità della tua connessione Internet. Assicurati che l'obiettivo della fotocamera sia pulito e libero da ostruzioni.
• No motion/sound alerts: Check the sensitivity settings in the Osaio APP. Ensure notifications are enabled for the app on your smartphone.
• Short power cable: If the provided USB cable is too short for your desired mounting location, a longer compatible Micro USB cable can be used.
• Scheda SD non riconosciuta: Ensure the Micro SD card is correctly inserted and formatted (FAT32 recommended). The camera supports up to 128GB.
