3. Impostazione

3.1 Installazione della batteria

The digital caliper is powered by one LR44/AG13 1.5V battery. One battery is pre-installed, and two spare batteries are included in the package.

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the LCD display unit.
2. Far scorrere per aprire il coperchio della batteria.
3. Insert the LR44/AG13 1.5V battery with the positive (+) side facing up.

3.2 Accensione iniziale

The caliper will automatically turn on when you slide the measuring jaws. Alternatively, press the ACCESO/SPENTO pulsante per accenderlo.

4. Istruzioni per l'uso

4.1 Calibrazione zero

To ensure accurate measurements, it is recommended to zero the caliper before use or when changing measurement positions:

• External Measuring: Use the long jaws to measure the outer diameter or length of objects.

• Step Measuring: Use the step design at the end of the fixed jaw to measure the height or length of steps.

5. Manutenzione

• Keep the caliper clean and dry. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each use.
• Avoid exposing the caliper to direct sunlight, high humidity, or extreme temperatures.
• Do not apply excessive force or drop the caliper, as this may affect its accuracy.
• When not in use for extended periods, it is advisable to remove the battery to prevent leakage and damage.

If you find the readings are not accurate, perform the following steps:

1. Slide the LCD screen (movable jaw) completely to the left end until the jaws are closed.
