To enter programming mode, power on the collar, wait for the light to go off, then long-press the power button until the light flashes. Each subsequent short press will cycle through the stimulation levels (1 to 7 static, plus tone/vibration only). The number of flashes indicates the level. Once your desired level is set, simply leave the collar to power off automatically to save the setting. Power it back on to confirm the setting.
