Impostare

Una corretta configurazione è fondamentale per un funzionamento sicuro ed efficiente. Seguire attentamente questi passaggi:

1. Scelta di una posizione

  • Place the inverter in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and flammable materials.
  • Ensure there is sufficient space around the inverter for airflow, especially around the cooling fan vents.
  • The inverter can be mounted using its hanging fixed design.

2. DC Connections (Battery)

Connect the inverter directly to a 12V DC battery. Ensure the battery is fully charged before use. For optimal performance and safety, it is recommended to use a battery with a capacity of 200Ah or above, especially for long-term use.

  1. Identify the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals on both the inverter and the battery.
  2. Connect the red battery cable (positive) to the positive (+) terminal of the inverter. Secure it firmly.
  3. Connect the other end of the red battery cable to the positive (+) terminal of the battery. Secure it firmly.
  4. Connect the black battery cable (negative) to the negative (-) terminal of the inverter. Secure it firmly.
  5. Connect the other end of the black battery cable to the negative (-) terminal of the battery. Secure it firmly.
  6. Importante: Assicurarsi che tutti i collegamenti siano ben stretti per evitare voltage drop and overheating. The supplied 8AWG cables are suitable for basic testing, but for regular high-load use, upgrading to a larger gauge (e.g., 4AWG or 00 gauge) welding cable with appropriate copper lugs is highly recommended to prevent cable heating and ensure accurate voltage readings by the inverter.

3. Grounding the Inverter

For safety, the inverter must be properly grounded. Connect a ground wire from the inverter's ground terminal to a suitable earth ground point (e.g., vehicle chassis, RV frame, or a dedicated ground rod for stationary setups).

4. Collegamento del telecomando

Plug the RJ10 cable from the wired remote control into the "Remote On/Off" port on the front panel of the inverter. This allows you to power the inverter on and off from a convenient location.

Istruzioni per l'uso

1. Accensione/Spegnimento

  • After all connections are secure, press the "Power" button on the inverter's front panel or the "Power" button on the wired remote control to turn the inverter ON. The LED display will illuminate.
  • To turn OFF, press the "Power" button again.

2. Collegamento degli apparecchi AC

  • Plug your 120V AC appliances into the two AC outlets on the inverter's front panel.
  • Assicurare il flusso d'acqua continuo totaletage of all connected appliances does not exceed 1200 Watts.
  • For appliances with high starting (surge) power requirements, such as refrigerators or air compressors, the inverter's soft start feature helps manage the initial current draw. However, be aware that the inverter's peak power rating (2400W) is for very short durations (approximately 1 second). If an appliance's surge power exceeds this or lasts too long, the inverter may shut down due to overload. For example, a 600-700W microwave typically requires a 1500W inverter due to its high starting current.

3. Using USB and Type-C Ports

  • Connect your USB-compatible devices to the QC 3.0 USB port for fast charging.
  • Connect your Type-C compatible devices to the PD30W Type-C port for rapid power delivery.

4. Understanding the LED Display

The LED display on the inverter and remote control provides real-time information:

  • Ingresso (V): Visualizza il volume di ingresso CC correntetage dalla batteria.
  • Output (kW/W): Shows the current AC output power in kilowatts or watts.
  • Codici di errore: Displays codes like "LO" (Low Voltage), "OL" (Overload), "HI" (High Voltage), "OH" (Overheat) to indicate protection activation.

Manutenzione

Una manutenzione regolare garantisce la longevità e le prestazioni ottimali del tuo inverter:

  • Pulizia: Keep the inverter clean and free of dust and debris. Use a dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use liquid cleaners.
  • Ventilazione: Periodically check that the cooling fan vents are not obstructed. Ensure the intelligent cooling fan operates freely when needed.
