Impostare
1. Carica della batteria
Before first use, the battery must be charged. The battery may become warm while charging; this is normal and does not indicate a problem. The battery will not charge at ambient temperatures below 10°C or above 40°C. Recommended charging temperature range: 24°C.
Insert the battery pack into the appropriate outlet before inserting the battery pack into the charger. Plug the charger into an appropriate outlet. The green LED will flash, indicating that the battery is being charged. The completion of charge is indicated by the green LED remaining on continuously. The pack is fully charged and may be used at this time or left in the charger.
Warning: Recharged discharged batteries as soon as possible after use or battery life may be greatly diminished.

2. Assemblaggio (se necessario)
Your trimmer may require minor assembly. Ensure all components are securely fastened before operation. Refer to the diagrams in the packaging for specific assembly steps. The handle can be adjusted for comfortable operation.

1. Avvio e arresto
To start the trimmer, ensure the battery is fully inserted. Press and hold the safety lock-off button, then squeeze the trigger switch. To stop the trimmer, release the trigger switch.
2. Tecniche di rifinitura
Hold the trimmer firmly with both hands. Maintain a comfortable stance. Swing the trimmer from side to side, keeping the cutting head slightly above the ground. For best results, cut only a small amount of grass with each pass. The AFS Reflex Fadenverlängerung (Automatic Line Feed System) automatically feeds the cutting line as needed.

Manutenzione
1. Pulizia

If it is, unwind the cutting line and rewind it neatly. Inspect tracks at the bottom of spool for damage. If damaged, replace spool. Pull the cutting line until it protrudes approximately 122 mm from the spool. If unable to pull the line out, remove the spool, install a new spool of cutting line. Align the tabs on the spool cap with the slots in the spool housing. Push the spool cap onto the housing until it clicks securely into place. If the cutting line protrudes beyond the trimming blade, cut it off so that it just reaches the blade. If the automatic line feed still does not work or the spool is damaged, install a new spool. Carefully clean the spool and housing. Make sure you are using correct line size. Using different line sizes, or smaller and larger line sizes will affect the performance of the trimmer. Remove the spool and check if the lever in the spool housing can move freely. If the lever is stuck, remove the cutting line, then wind it on neatly again. Replace the spool into the housing. |
