Guida all'installazione

1. FASE 1, Scollegare e rimuovere la batteria, rimuovere il sedile, i pannelli laterali, il cruscotto e il cofano.
2. STEP 2, Loosen the retention nut on top of the plastic of the fuel tank.
3. STEP 3, Remove the two 8mm nuts, take care to disconnect all the connectors attached to the plastic above the tank before removing it.
4. STEP 4, Remove the 2 Torx T-40 bolts from the left side of the Pyramid-Frame’ , and the two ‘seat clip-bolts’
5. STEP 5, Remove the two bolts that attach the two sides of the ‘Pyramid-Frame’ to the steering column
6. STEP 6, Remove the fuel tank vent pipe and the two 10mm bolts on each side of the fuel tank.
7. STEP 7, Slide the tank back, then disconnect the fuel pump connector. Now, raise the front of the fuel tank to expose the fuel supply hose, being careful to not put too much tension on the hose.
8. STEP 8, Unscrew the 8mm bolt and disconnect the hose and the connector.
9. STEP 9, Remove the C-clip from the fuel supply with a small flat screwdriver
10. STEP 10, Remove the OEM Pump assembly
11. STEP 11, Remove the O-Ring from the fuel supply unit, let it dry for at least 24h so that it shrinks to its original shape or replace it with a new one.
12. STEP 12, Remove the ground from the gray plastic connector. Cut and remove the pump hose.
13. FASE 13, Scollegare il connettore del sensore del livello del carburante e sganciare la parte inferiore dell'unità di alimentazione del carburante.
14. FASE 14, Scollegare la pompa del carburante e rimuovere il filtro. Quindi rimuovere la pompa del carburante.
15. STEP 15, Disconnect gently the grey connector from the original plastic cap. During disassembly there will be a small spring with a piece of black plastic which serves as a one-way valve. You will not need this valve and spring for the PEFI billet cap.
16. STEP 16, Remove the black safety clip and then detach the cap from the fuel supply unit.
17. STEP 17, It is time to assemble the new pump unit, first clip the plastic support to the new billet cap then install the stainless steel plate provided with the allen screws (apply red loctite) and the screw that hold the plastic support
18. STEP 18, Lubricate the O-Ring before gently clipping the grey connector , heat with a heat gun the hose provided then install it on the grey connector by the good end as written on the ambalage,then install the clip provided. Don’t forget to connect the return hose.
    Ricordare, do not reinstall the small spring with a piece of black plastic which serves as a one-way valve in the new PEFI billet cap
19. FASE 19: installare la nuova pompa all'altra estremità del tubo e un filtro OEM, quindi far scorrere la pompa del carburante nel cestello di plastica facendo attenzione a non bloccare il filtro.
20. FASE 20, Collegare il sensore del livello del carburante e fissare il filo con una fascetta.
21. STEP 21, Lubricate the cap O-ring with a non petroleum grease before installing it. Make sure that the cap is in a perpendicular position with the hole in the fuel tank and push straight in. Put the fuel tank in the supine position (fuel unit down) and let it sit for a few minutes. Inspect for signs of leak. If there is a leak, repeat this step.
22. STEP 22, Now is the time to install the fuse box to the bolt on the reverse actuator bracket by passing all of the wires under the engine cooling piping.
23. FASE 23, Svitare il dado da 10 mm e installare il terminale del filo rosso sul lato batteria del solenoide di avviamento.
24. FASE 24, Installare il filo nero sul bullone di messa a terra della batteria.
25. STEP 25, Connect the black connector from the snowmobile to the fuse box and the grey Deutsch connector to the new fuel upgrade.ATTENZIONE!!!!!
    Connect the 1/8 vacuum hose from the PEFI map sensor shim T connector only for a Stage 2. For a stock, Stage 1 o Stage 1R do not connect or put anything on the fuel regulator port.
26. STEP 26, Connect the fuel hose and reinstall the fuel tank, taking care that no wires or hoses come into contact with any sharp, moving or hot parts
27. STEP 27, Reinstall the fuel tank vent hose, the plastic top tank panel, the pyramid-frame to the steering column, the retention nut to the filler neck, the battery and battery cap, the seat and the hood taking care to not forget to connect the dash, the control, the lights and all the accessories. And finally, install the side panels.
