Flexible Design and Performance:
- Supports up to 4 x PCIe Gen 4.0 dual-slot GPU cards or 8 x PCIe Gen 4 single-slot GPU cards.
- Includes 3 x PCIe Gen4 slots for low-profile network adapters or other expansion cards.
- Offers an OCP3.0 Mezzanine slot option for flexible networking configurations.
- Provides capacity for 8 x 3.5" / 2.5" hot-swap storage bays, configurable to support NVMe drives.
Comprehensive IT Infrastructure Management Solution: The ASUS ESC4000-E10 integrates an embedded ASMB10-iKVM (BMC, AST2600) and is bundled with ASUS Control Center for comprehensive out-of-band and in-band management capabilities.

The server offers a total of 11 expansion slots:
- Rear Slots:
- 4 x PCIe 4.0 x16 slots (Gen4 x16 link, Full-Height/Full-Length) for dual-slot GPU cards or 8 x PCIe 4.0 x16 slots (Gen4 x8 link, Full-Height/Full-Length) for single-slot GPU cards.
- 2 x PCIe 4.0 x16 slots (Gen4 x16 link, Low-Profile/Half-Length).
- Front Slots:
- SKU-1 (default): 1 x PCIe 4.0 x8 slot (Gen4 x8 link, Low-Profile/Half-Length), 4 x M.2 sockets (Gen4 x4 link, up to 22110 module).
- SKU-2 (by request): 1 x PCIe 4.0 x8 slot (Gen4 x8 link, Low-Profile/Half-Length), 1 x OCP 3.0 slot (Gen4 x16 link).
