WARNINGS FOR TECHNICIANS · Before beginning the installation procedures, make sure that you have all the devices and materials necessary to complete the installation of the product. · You should note your Protection Index (IP) and operating temperature to ensure that is suitable for the installation site. · Provide the manual of the product to the user and let them know how to handle it in an emergency. · If the automatism is installed on a gate with a pedestrian door, a door locking mechanism must be installed while the gate is in motion. · Do not install the product "upside down" or supported by elements do not support its weight. If the malfunction is not repairable by consult this manual, contact a technician. · Keep the operation area of the motorized gate free while the gate in in motion, and do not create strength to the gate movement. · Do not perform any operation on mechanical elements or hinges if the product is in motion. CONTROL BOARD MCONNECT BRIDGE MCONNECT BRIDGE was developed to connect mobile devices (smartphone) and all Motorline automatisms in a home. Advantages of using MCONNECT: · Control anywhere with multiple devices, as long as they are compatible with Motorline remote controls (Rolling Code and Fixed Code); · Wireless radio communication up to 15 different devices, each with up to 4 buttons; · Input for checking the device status (open or closed) using an external sensor (example: magnetic contact); · Relay output to connect directly by wires to any type of device; · Setting up routines for devices, such as opening the gate at 9:00 am and closing the gate at 5:00 pm; · Synchronization with virtual assistant (Alexa and Google Assistant); · Power via Micro USB cable or transformer (with wire). The voice assistant (Google Assistant and Alexa) only controls BRIDGE commands if a scenario for that command is created. CONFIGURATION ADD MODULE IN IN THE APP 1 · Open MCONNECT app. 2 · Login. 3 · On the home page press the "+" button at the top right. 4 · Press Add new MCONNECT. 5 · Accept all requested permissions. 6 · Turn on the power. 7 · Check that the module is in pairing mode (flashing purple). Note · if it is not in pairing mode it is necessary to reset. 8 · Read the QR Code on the module box. 9 · If you prefer or don't have the QR Code, can change the button to Scan nearby and select the module in the devices found. 10 · Enter the name and password of the Wifi network you are connected to. 11 · Wait for add process be complete. ADD EXTERNAL DEVICES TO MODULE 1 · Open the MCONNECT app. 2 · Login. 3 · On the external device, for example in an automation, enter the programming mode for new remote controls. 4 · In the app, press the remote control you want to program and then the desired key until the motor starts moving. 5 · The programming is complete and you can now control the device through the app. REMOVE MODULE FROM THE APP 1 · Press on the device you want to remove. 2 · Press on the icon with a gear symbol on the upper right side of the screen. 3 · Press Remove MCONNECT. 4 · Confirm. 2 · Fix the MCONNECT Bridge to the wall. Note · Use the fixing template shipped with the product. 5A EN EN 5B 05. CONFIGURATION RESET When resetting, the device is no longer connected to the account it is associated with in the application. Press the reset button until the LED changes to pairing mode (flashing purple), which will confirm successful operation. Reset button 06. TROUBLESHOOTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR FINAL CONSUMERS/TECHNICIANS PROBLEM SOLUTION The LED reader does not light up Check that the power is connected correctly. The module is not in pairing mode (LED flashing purple) and I haven't configured it yet The module has the red LED The module has the blue LED Press the Reset button located on the back of the module, until it switches to pairing mode. Make sure the network you configured the module on is available. Check if you have coverage of the network to which the module is connected. Check if the network you have configured the module has Internet access. Check if the network you configure the module has Internet accesst. The output does not change state Check that the connections are correct. The switch does not change the state output Make sure the connections are correct.
