Disassembling the IKEA Komplement drawer can be difficult because part 110519 is a plastic expansion pin designed for a permanent friction fit. The official manual does not provide specific disassembly instructions, but you can follow these steps to reverse the process:

Removing Part 110519: Since this pin is hammered in (as shown on page 8), it does not have a screw head. To remove it, you typically need to gently pry the back panel away from the side panels using a flat-head screwdriver or a putty knife. Alternatively, if the head is accessible, you can try to grip it with pliers and pull it straight out. Be careful not to damage the particle board.

Unlocking Cam Locks: Locate the circular cam locks (parts 119030, 120076, 117434, or 131177) on the inside of the drawer sides. Use a screwdriver to turn them counter-clockwise (usually 180 degrees) until they release the connecting bolts (part 118331).

Removing the Drawer from Slides: If the drawer is still in the wardrobe, refer to page 12. You must rotate the locking levers (part 110670) underneath the drawer to release it from the sliding rails.

Note: Because part 110519 is plastic and ribbed, it may deform during removal and might need to be replaced if you intend to reassemble the drawer later.
