The North by Honeywell 75SCL Multi-Contaminant Respirator Cartridges are designed to provide protection against a wide range of airborne contaminants. These Defender multi-purpose cartridges are approved for protection against organic vapors, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide (escape), hydrogen fluoride, chlorine dioxide, ammonia, methylamine, and formaldehyde.

They are compatible with North 5400, 5500, 7600, and 7700 Series respirators, including 5500, RU8500, and 7700 series half masks, as well as 5400, RU6500, and 7600 series full facepieces.

  • Do not use beyond service life: Replace cartridges immediately when you detect the contaminant by smell, taste, or irritation, or if breathing resistance significantly increases. Follow your workplace's cartridge change-out schedule or manufacturer's recommendations, whichever is sooner.
  • Do not use in oxygen-deficient atmospheres: These cartridges do not supply oxygen.
  • Do not use against unknown contaminants: Ensure the cartridges are rated for the specific hazards present.
