4.3. High-Lift Lever

The high-lift lever allows you to safely retrieve smaller items like English muffins or small bread slices without burning your fingers. Simply push the lever upwards after the toast pops up.

• Bagels: Use the BAGEL function for perfectly toasted bagels.
• Thick Breads: The wide slots are ideal for artisan breads, Texas toast, and other thicker slices.
• Frozen Items: Use the DEFROST function for frozen bread, waffles, or pastries.
