- Please read this Disclaimer and Safety Guidelines carefully before using our product.
- This product is not recommended for people under the age of 3.
- By using this product, you hereby agree to this disclaimer and signify that you have read it fully. You agree that you are responsible for your own conduct and damaged caused while using this product, and its consequences.
- You agree to use this product only for purpose that are proper and in accordance with local regulations, terms and all applicable polices and guidelines Ruko may make available.
- When using this product, please be sure to strictly abide by the specification requirements and safety guidelines stated in this document.
- Any personal injury property damage, legal disputes and all other adverse events caused by the violation of the safety instructions or due to any other factor, WILL NOT be our responsibility.
1.3 Attention
- Suitable for users aged 3 and above.
- Keep the product away from fire and heat. In addition, please keep it dry and clean.
- Please take good care of the product. Don't apply too much force while holding it.
- Please use the robot on a flat surface.
- Please keep a safe distance from the robot while it is operating.
- Please use the provided original charging cable to recharge the robot. (Charger not included)
- Please don't disassemble the robot on your own.
- If you need to disassemble or repair the robot, please contact our after-sales service team.
- If the robot behaves abnormally, please turn off the robot to avoid it damage.
- While operating the robot, please don't put it at an elevated position or a place close to edges to avoid the risks of falling down and damage.
- The company cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from inappropriate use.
- With updated versions, the built-in apps of the robot and the pictures of the apps might vary. This manual contains important information. Please keep it for future reference.

- Please power off, stop using the robot, and contact our after-sales service team under the following circumstances:
- The robot is emitting smoke or scorched smell.
- Water or other foreign objects get inside the robot.
- The robot is damaged.
2 Battery Guidelines
- Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adults supervision.
- Please turn off the power switch when charging.
- Charging for Robot: Make sure use 5V-2A output adapter (SELF EQUIPED) for charging.
Self-equipped

- It is prohibited to use computers, power banks, USB socket outlet, USB car chargers, or inferior charging cables to charge the robot.

- The charging time is about 3.5 hours and the playing time is about 90 minutes. It is forbidden to overcharge the battery, please remove charging cable in time after fully charged to avoid damage due to overcharge.

3 Daily Maintenance
- Do not allow Robot to touch with any kind of liquid, or put it under sun exposure, severely squeezed, and dropped from high altitude.

- Fully charge the battery at least once every month to maintain battery health.
- DO NOT disassemble or pierce a battery in any way or it may leak, catch fire, or explode.
- DO NOT touch the electrolytes in damaged batteries, it may injure your skin or eyes.
- Discharge the Robot Batteries to 50% or lower during transport.
- Fully charge the battery before using it for the first time.
4 Environment Guidelines
- Please play with the robot on a flat and smooth ground, do not use it on carpet, uneven, sand, grass, beds, sofas etc.

- Do not place it on a high area to play.

- It is prohibited to violently strike or trampling the robot. Repeated strikes or trampling may cause damage to the robot and oil paint may fall off.

5 Preparation Before Play
- Please make sure that the robot is fully charged.
- Please make sure that the switch of the robot is turned on and placed robot on a smooth ground before playing.
- Please make sure that the TIA APP has been downloaded and installed on the phone.
- Please make sure that TIA APP in the phone is connencted to the Bluetooth device FXJQR.
6 Bluetooth Guidelines
- Turn on the Bluetooth in your phone then switch on the robot.
- Open TIA APP, tap Bluetooth to search robot's Bluetooth.
- Click the connection device FXJQR, wait for about 2-10 seconds, then can control the robot by the APP.
- Push the power swith to the rightmost position, connect the Bluetooth of your mobile phone with the device FXJQR. Then robot will function as a Bluetooth player.

- Please confirm which function you want to use first and follow the steps.
- Once you do not follow the steps the function will be unavailable.
7 Problems You May Encounter
7.1 Voice Commands Can Not be Recognized
- Voice commands that did not follow the instructions in the manual.
- Pronunciation is not clear enough, or speaking too fast or too slow.
- The robot is running.
- The surrounding environment is too noisy.
7.2 Can Not Connect to APP
- Bluetooth is not turned on, APP is Bluetooth connection, *not WiFi.
- Whether it is connected to the wrong Bluetooth, push the swith to the middle position please, and connect Cubby's Bluetooth with TIA APP.
- Need to wake up and connect app again.
7.3 APP Graphics Editing
- The edited graphics or text may be different from the standard.
- It may be difficult to edit some graphics or text, please try more methods.
- When dragging and editing on the screen, there may be inaccurate recognition. Please try to slowly click on each dot to edit.
