NTRODUCTION
The DLS4IM is a compact DALI device with 4 general purpose inputs. Multiple DLS4IM modules can be connected to the same DALI bus, although a maximum of 2 modules is supported. The module can be installed in a conduit box, backbox, or pattress behind a momentary switch. The minimum required depth for a pattress box is 35 mm, however, 40 mm boxes are recommended for ease of wiring.
Only suitably qualified personnel should install this equipment.
Wiring Example
Warning: The DALI bus is not classified as SELV. The same procedures and safeguards must be applied as when working with mains voltage.
Isolate mains supply before installing or servicing.
The installation must comply with all applicable electrical codes and regulations.
